Customer Service excellence
I was recommended by a colleague and Flat Beds didn't dissapoint. Madeleine provided exceptional customer service and helped me get the best deal available. Even when she was unable to respond (due to illness) a colleague followed up so I was kept in the loop. I was never left wondering. Great work team!
