Complete scam

Complete scam. Sent an empty envelope so it had a tracking number! Google reviews say it is a scam site. They PRETEND to be concerned but it never gets rectified. The envelope was 4 inches by 4 inches and empty. Was supposed to have an advent calender with VW buses.Not even close to the right size. Nice try scammers!!! Bank refunded my money after they researched and found it was a scam site. Also turned them into the BBB and they got no reply from these scammers. I updated this 12-27-2025

What a scam piece of shit company that…

What a scam piece of shit company that is! Don’t ever ever ever order from here. I ordered a very cute flared sweater with a zipper in a fur collar hood. What I got was a piece of shit, pink sweatshirt. It was supposed to be from Willow tree skin scam scam

Mia was great!

Though I am disappointed that my order was lost, I am very pleased with Mia. She tried to help me get my order but it was out of stock so I couldn’t get a replacement. When I asked for a refund she took care of it promptly.

250 US Anniversary Christmas Ornament

250 US Anniversary Christmas Ornament
The ornament was nothing like as pictured on their website.
I had ordered 4 for Christmas presents. I emailed them requesting a full refund but was refused. The person answering my email was Mia. She tried working with me which I appreciated. However, she was told by management I could only get 30% of a refund. I will NEVER buy another thing from Flairgifts again.

I wish I could upload a picture but am not able to in this review.

Product not as described, received full refund

I am revising my review of Flairgifts. I bought an "Opulent Black Cat Statue with Gold Eyes", which didn't look at all like the product photos on the website. I contacted Olivia at Flairgifts and she arranged a full refund without my having to send the product back. She kept me fully informed and was very professional. So, disappointing not to get the product I'd hoped for, but a good experience in the end.

Don’t Order - Horrible Experience

Horrible experience. Never received my order and was consistently given excuses for the delays. Eventually got a refund through PayPal but the company kept asking me to wait for the item instead of a refund. Do not order from this company!

This company is a full on scam

This company is a full on scam. Took my money, claim to have shipped it already with the latest expected delivery date (has changed 4x) of 4/19/25 (today is 23'rd). They sent me a new tracking link that takes me to a scam site that requires a download on my computer, how sketchy is that?? Anyway, don't buy from these people. Even if you get what you ordered, they are out to scam most people out of their hard earned money.

My previous Review above was February 5…

My previous Review above was February 5 today is April 9. I still haven’t received the cat bed. USPS shows it was delivered January 24 to a city and state but no street address. There’s no proof anywhere that it came to my house. It’s not on the camera, they won’t refund. They now want me to go to the post office and have them write a letter of confirmation that it was not received When they would not even know since the delivery driver never put a street address it could be anywhere in that city or state, but they don’t care from what I have found all over this company a scam. That cat bed was never delivered and a true victim Here is the cat.

Didn't get what I thought I was ordering

I originally saw a pretty ornament on Facebook and thought I had done my due diligence in researching the website. Unfortunately, I missed an important review. I ordered the ornament and immediately realized that my receipt came back from an international location. After a few days, I messaged the seller for shipping information and found out they were located in China. I asked that the order be canceled since it would not arrive in time for me to gift it. She said she could not cancel and it would ship after they made it. I responded and told her that wasn't acceptable and wanted the order canceled. She responded that it had already been shipped. 15 days later, I received the ornament and it is quite inferior. It looks like it was molded out of imitation aluminum and is not sturdy. In fact, if you give it a tug, it will bend. There is no way I will gift it. This company did not post up front where they were located and were only interested in getting their money. I will not purchase from them again.
