This is truly an awful company

This is truly an awful company. I ordered a part for my microwave on the 14th of December. It said it was in stock and it would be dispatched on the 22nd of December 2025. I've not received the part . Ive sent email after email and I've not received any meaningful response. I've requested a refund in the last 3 emails and they haven't even answered the question. I don't even think I'm going to get the part.

Utterly useless

Utterly useless! Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Ordered. Simple element 27th December, paid a whopping £6.85 for delivery and STILL my order hasn’t arrived. Customer services are utterly useless and rude. Not worth anyone’s custom. Take my advise and buy elsewhere

Stupid website never buy

To save money, I ordered from this dodgy website. The item cost £4 including shipping but I paid £11. They promised next-day delivery but it took four days and they sent me the wrong size product. I asked for a return after three days and we exchanged emails. They’re asking me to ship the product to their address but who’s going to pay for the shipping? For the money I’d have bought from Amazon. I would never recommend this website.

The order acknowledgement email told me…

The order acknowledgement email told me Fixpart would “immediately package and transfer” my product to the carrier. 2 weeks later I found out (by checking my order status via the Fixpart website) that my order is delayed and would not be shipping for another month, even though the product is still shown on the website as "available" with a delivery time of "1 to 2 weeks"

Misleading and trap

FixPart showed the part I needed as available for next-day delivery, which is completely misleading. More than 10 days later, I still had not received my order.
There is no real customer service: no phone number, no clear business address, and no proper way to resolve issues. This lack of transparency is unacceptable.
I have requested a refund through PayPal and will also report this to my bank. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from this company.

dreadful lead times

The lead time for the product was terrible but I figure we can manage 2 weeks without a washing machine door.. then came the email to say it was delayed for another week. I went online and ordered the part for the same price with next day delivery and cancelled my order. Needless to say they ignored this email and sent to item anyway.. any need a door? They are NOT a UK business despite their co.uk domain name.

Easy identification of part for 20 year…

Easy identification of part for 20 year old appliance. Quick delivery and sensible price compared with original part replacement. Accurately manufactured generic part [hinges] making fitting a simple process as a DIY task. Need to wait to see how long they last before the dampers fail [as occurred in the original parts after 20 years].
