Ordered a part which turned out to be the wrong one as the website didn't make it clear that there were 2 different sizes for the unit we had. Returned the incorrect one and reordered the correct one. All items were processed without any dramas and quickly and promptly. Thank you, particularly to Dan for his time, understanding and help. Great service. Delivery was prompt and efficient.

Bought a freezer door part specifically as they said it would be delivered in 2 working days. Paid £5.49 for the postage and no delivery. Contacted them and lo and behold it was being packed! It arrived after 4 days so no freezer all week. I’ve requested my postage back as they didn’t deliver it in time and that’s not cheap postage, and I’ve heard nothing back yet again. I wouldn’t use this company again for sure

I have obtained a replacement filters for a Philips humidifier that were unavailable from Philips. It was originally back-ordered but I eventually got them after waiting for a few weeks.
Spares2repair is worth checking even if you cannot get spare parts from the manufacturer themselves.

Ordered part in February which was actually on back order, it arrived in April, The communication and information on my orders progress was fantastic and I'm extremely grateful that they managed to get the part I needed. Thank you!

Took a bit of time for the intial email that wasnt automated but the automated email asks for the information that customer service (Dan) would need.
Once Dan replied saying he was looking into what part i would need it was done pretty fast along with the link and the reassurance it is the part that will fit my washing machine.

Efficient and straight to the point

Dan who I was talking to via the Chat Bot, helped my sort out what I needed for both my cooker and Fridge/Freezer with very little information. I normally hate Chat Bots as cannot get a clear answer. Dan not only understood the question but gave the answer,and sent a link to the products I need.

Dan G of the company was awesome to deal with, kindly checking my dishwasher model no. compatibility to offer suitable spares in no time at all :)

The website was easy to navigate, I found what I wanted easily, good product detail. Competitive product pricing and loved the order process update emails. I shipped my oder by Royal Mail to Singapore, had tracking updates, it arrived on time and was a reasonable cost. Product now installed! Super happy with the site and service.
