took several attempts to get the vehicle booked in for repair.

Distinct lack of communication.
Still awaiting a vat receipt after 2 weeks !!

The process was quick and easy to organise and the technician was friendly and polite.

Wow!!! What an amazing experience I had with ashgrove….. I had the pleasure dealing with an amazing young lady , Lisa …. I have to say lisa really went over and above to make sure that I got my car in to get fixed , and kept me up to date with its progress , she’s such a polite and attentive person , and really made the whole experience seem flawless,

Fantastic service. Was kept up to date with repairs and the repairs where completed a day early. Reception staff are lovely & friendly.

Everything has been done as promised and to a high standard, and the car was available a day earlier than expected.

The quality of repair met my expectations and the staff were very friendly.

Great customer service from drop off to collection. Excellent repair and car has come back as new.

Reception was excellent and all staff I came into contact with were also first class.
One member of staff stayed behind after his working hours to return my car. The repair was done to a high standard by what I can only describe as very competent technicians.
The only observation I would make is the length of time it took for the repair Nov to Mar although I did have a small replacement car.

The waiting for a curticy car was a bit long having to hire one myself.
The length of time for materials can be under standable. The end result was top class. Thanks for all your work.

Happy with the work carried out on my Golf R. HD a bash to the drivers door and was fixed within a week of drop off, But unfortunately had to stay in another week due to an alternator fault, that the company honored as it was in there care, thank you very much for your service, it was a pleasure 🙏

the car ended up at volvo inverness, but one informed them why the vehicle was drop there.

Transparent process. Great dashboard giving clear info on progression of repairs etc. with back up emails.

Nothing was a problem. Lisa sorted everything and would recommend this service to anyone. Car was fixed in a timely manner no issues.

The repairs to my vehicle, which were quite extensive after a rear end shunt, and I am very pleased with the finished work - only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the length of time it took - 84 days. Although in fairness, some of the parts had to be delivered from Japan (Honda), over which obviously the Repairer's had no control.

Customer service was impeccable, car work was efficient and aesthetically pleasing. Both husband and I are very pleased.
They performed and insurance job and a private job for me, both have left my BMW looking like new, couldn't be happier.

Good work and fast once I was actually able to get booked in. Accident happened in February and it wasn’t repaired until April.

4 months I was without my car.
Was not phoned by this garage ONCE to give me any sort of information and any time I did phone them I was blatantly lied to then when I did eventually go to pick my car up there was still broken parts, missing clips and the seatbelt still hadn't been replaced after the firing pin went off in an accident.
Communication between staff was non existent either.
