I had the pleasure of dealing with an incredible young lady, Shannon, and I honestly can’t praise her enough. She went above and beyond to make sure my car was booked in and repaired as quickly as possible, while keeping me updated on a regular basis and happy to answer any questions i had regarding the repair

First-class service from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, and all issues were dealt with professionally. My car came back looking as good as new. Shannon was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the entire process, always happy to answer any questions I had about the repairs. From the moment we were contacted regarding our car repair we found the staff to be very courteous and knowledgeable.
We delivered our car and a courtesy car was waiting. We did not have to wait for it.
When we were told our repair had been completed we were surprised at the speed of the repair. We would not hesitate in recommending your Company.

Had my van in for a small repair here via my insurance. Waited over 2 mths for a slot to get it in due to them being too busy. The assessor was friendly and knowledgeable, the workshop/bodywork guys did a good job of the repairs and all other staff were helpful and friendly.

However, I would not use Ashgrove again due to the main reception woman, Shannon I believe, who was a nightmare to deal with. She was unhelpful, abrupt, and actually quite aggressive and even rude at times. It got to the point I didn't want to speak to her as I shouldn't have to deal with someone like that. Being on the front of house her job is to be the face of the company while dealing with customers/clients, she is not a people person at all and gives a terrible impression. Her attitude stinks. When I collected my van luckily I was able to deal with the other woman on reception, who was lovely, polite and helpful. Maybe Shannon should be demoted and the other girl promoted to her position instead? I would not return again in the future if Shannon is still there. In addition, the courtesy van I was given was not fit for purpose, it had 2x engine management fault and, a service light on in the dash. The brakes had issues too as there was vibration /wobble in the steering when braking. I had to use it as little as possible and organise lifts from mates where I could as it felt unsafe and I was worried it would break down and leave me stranded.

Good service. I was able to take my vehicle before all the repairs were completed and return it to be completed when the missing part arrived.

You had my car for 2months. This was after a previous inspection to estimate damage and parts needed.
Courtesy car was not fit for my requirements.

Quick and no fuss done a dusted no huge forms fill in and promptly dealt with.

The overall experience has been good. I was kept updated by Shannon through the process who was a great embassador for the company. The courtesy car was clean and without issues.
The work on the car has been done to an excellent standard.
There is however one outstanding item; a matter of the air conditioning not functioning after some parts of it had to be replaced during the repair. I have yet to arrange a convenient time to drop the car in for this.

Repair was done to standard but initial finish date given was delayed by another week. Trying to get the van back was a saga. I got the e-mail saying ready to pick up on the Thursday but because the invoice with the excess plus VAT wasn't ready I couldn't get the van (which we were in a desperate hurry for as we had a deadline to use it for a job) until the following Tuesday and that was only because our insurers put a complaint in about the delay. If we weren't VAT registered maybe we would have got sooner as the excess amount was set and easy to calculate.

Great service. We were provided with a courtesy car throughout. Kept updated by Shannon on a regular basis which was helpful. Standard of work was high. Need a small part for the front grille which is easily fitted so told it would be sent out in the post, so hopefully that will arrive and not be forgotten.

If I could give more stars I would! Excellent service I cannot thank Shannon enough she went above and beyond to make sure we got the car in and out quickly! The service we received was highly professional understanding and just absolutely brilliant! The work that was done is excellent and thank you to the workshop for this! Excellent service yet again would highly recommend! Shannon especially is an asset to your company!

Completed well on time. Assessment very thorough. Not helpful on courtesy vehicle. Ended up relying on insurance company.
