Very disappointed with the customer…
Very disappointed with the customer service. I returned my entire order (FJ611164), but only part of the refund has been processed. I have already sent two emails regarding my missing refund and still have not received any response or update.
It has now been more than a week, and being ignored while waiting for money that should already have been refunded is extremely frustrating. I expected much better communication and support.

All good until you have a minor issue...
I'd ordered a lot from this company in the past and it's always been great. But I went to order my usual Medium size this time, then checked it in another colour and then went back to my original choice and somewhere in that it defaulted to XS and that's what I ended up getting - even though my history is ALWAYS to order M. I was able to return for a refund but they charge to send them back and they won't do an exchange so they get you on the return postage which ain't cheap. They also said they'd then offer me a code to get free postage when I re-ordered the correct size with a discount to make up for what happened as I'm usually such a regular customer. But neither of these things were sent to me and I would just keep getting generic AI replies to my messages. So I gave up in the end and sadly, this has put me off ever ordering from them again. A little bit of good customer service goes a long way for customer retention. Shame they don't seem to care about that.

My jeans fit without the waist gap!
My jeans fit! Going off the waist measurements was all I needed! I am 5'3 and now weigh 140lbs, as I have been growing my glutes, and have been needing to get new jeans that fit. My 24-25" waist jeans no longer fit since I've gained muscle all over. These Fitjeans fit great around my legs and glutes and comfortable around my waist without that back gap! Finally, jeans that fit me with bigger glutes and a 27" waist. Also, my jeans arrived (in Germany) within one week!!!!!

The jeans are great length
The jeans are great length, which I wasn't expecting, but they could be a bit more highwaisted in the tall version, because us tall girlies usually have longer legs AND torsos. But otherwise I love them!
Only thing I have an issue with is their skinny jeans. I don't want to buy contour because they are too thin and 360 don't come in tall, please make that happen!

The jeans were way too short
The jeans were way too short, the colour didn't match the picture, overall the jeans fit poorly . Also the jeans smelled so much like chemicals that I could taste the smell in my mouth.

We completely understand how disappointing it is when the fit, length, and color are not as expected. While slight color variations can happen due to lighting, washes, and screen settings, the difference should never feel this significant.
Regarding the smell, this can occasionally happen from the dyeing and finishing process on newly produced denim, but it should disappear after washing and airing out. That said, we completely understand that this is unpleasant and not the experience we want our customers to have.

I have ordered twice before and they shipped from Denmark within 3 days flat to Nevada. This time I ordered them, they shipped from the US and now my pants are lost and I haven't received them. I recommend keeping your shipping and facilities in Europe.

Just to clarify, we previously shipped our orders from Germany, not Denmark. Recently, we onboarded a warehouse in the US to make shipping faster, less expensive, and overall easier for our US customers by avoiding longer international delivery times and additional import costs.
Unfortunately, while this transition has improved the experience for many customers, mistakes and carrier issues can still occasionally happen, and we’re very sorry that your package appears to have been delayed because of this. The good news is that your package is currently on its way to you!

FITJEANS just never disappoint
FITJEANS just never disappoint. It’s been years since I last bought a pair of jeans from a physical store.
The only thing I’d like to see more of fitjeans is to make more long models with thicker fabric as it’s best for colder months. I feel like my options are limited because most of the v2 are extra stretchy and light material.
