The jeans are great length
The jeans are great length, which I wasn't expecting, but they could be a bit more highwaisted in the tall version, because us tall girlies usually have longer legs AND torsos. But otherwise I love them!
Only thing I have an issue with is their skinny jeans. I don't want to buy contour because they are too thin and 360 don't come in tall, please make that happen!

The jeans were way too short
The jeans were way too short, the colour didn't match the picture, overall the jeans fit poorly . Also the jeans smelled so much like chemicals that I could taste the smell in my mouth.

We completely understand how disappointing it is when the fit, length, and color are not as expected. While slight color variations can happen due to lighting, washes, and screen settings, the difference should never feel this significant.
Regarding the smell, this can occasionally happen from the dyeing and finishing process on newly produced denim, but it should disappear after washing and airing out. That said, we completely understand that this is unpleasant and not the experience we want our customers to have.

I have ordered twice before and they shipped from Denmark within 3 days flat to Nevada. This time I ordered them, they shipped from the US and now my pants are lost and I haven't received them. I recommend keeping your shipping and facilities in Europe.

Just to clarify, we previously shipped our orders from Germany, not Denmark. Recently, we onboarded a warehouse in the US to make shipping faster, less expensive, and overall easier for our US customers by avoiding longer international delivery times and additional import costs.
Unfortunately, while this transition has improved the experience for many customers, mistakes and carrier issues can still occasionally happen, and we’re very sorry that your package appears to have been delayed because of this. The good news is that your package is currently on its way to you!

FITJEANS just never disappoint
FITJEANS just never disappoint. It’s been years since I last bought a pair of jeans from a physical store.
The only thing I’d like to see more of fitjeans is to make more long models with thicker fabric as it’s best for colder months. I feel like my options are limited because most of the v2 are extra stretchy and light material.

Great customer service
At first I was disappointed to see that the color of the pants I recently bought differs from the color shown in the online photos. I contacted customer service and was informed that each piece is unique and that this sometimes happens.
Afterwards, they worked with me to find the best possible solution and decided to send a replacement pair of pants that better matches to the look/ colour from the pictures. I’m already very satisfied with their help and the way they continue to assist me 🙏🏻 they are very customer friendly and open in their communication. That’s something I really appreciate.
I’ve also ordered from Fitjeans before, and I want to mention that I’ve always been happy with my purchases and truly think it’s a fantastic brand 🩷. I buy all my jeans here and they fit amazingly well. I would definitely love to keep ordering here in the future.

Lengths for XL sizing are no good for…
Lengths for XL sizing are no good for regular height people! I really want to believe I’ll find a pair that fit but XL size in a regular length for some reason is 3” longer than a S in regular sizing. I have tried the petite XL but you don’t do the colour I want and the sizing/proportions across the stomach is wrong. Please make the regular lengths all the same so tall people can just choose a tall size!

We completely understand your frustration, and you’re absolutely right that inseam consistency across sizes is important. As sizes increase, the proportions of the jeans, including inseam and rise, are adjusted slightly to maintain the intended fit and silhouette, but we understand that this can make the “regular” length feel too long for some customers in XL sizing.
Your feedback about wanting all regular lengths to stay more consistent, while offering Tall separately for taller customers, is incredibly valuable and something we’ll definitely pass on to our product team. We’re also actively working on expanding Petite options across more colors and styles.
