Wedding Shuttle
The staff organizing the administrative side of the shuttle was amazing. The staff were very kind and informative. I did have to make a couple of changes to my original itinerary and they were able to handle with ease. The bus drivers themselves were good. One shuttle driver did take a longer route than expected but everyone made it to their destination, so no problems there.

Very Poor Service
Our driver was at the wrong location at our hotel and did not complete any of the initial planned trips from the hotel to the venue. The driver completed ONE trip for all of our guests mere minutes before the ceremony was due to begin.
When the bridal party was ready to leave the venue for pictures, our driver was at the wrong location and we had to wait for a significant amount of time for him to find us. The driver also took a smoking break while we were awaiting pickup from one of our photo locations offsite.
At the end of the evening, the driver completed two trips to shuttle guests back to the hotel and left the groom and me at the venue. We had to call him multiple times to ask him to pick us up, even though it was barely 11:30 and we had the bus scheduled until 12:30. When he did finally pick us up, he did not offer any assistance with loading our things onto the bus and did not help us remove anything from the bus once we were back at the hotel.

They did not show up for our scheduled trip.
They did not show up for our scheduled trip and left over 100 guests to fend for themselves. Many family members had to shuttle guests back and forth to prevent them from drinking and driving.
