We had an excellent experience with Hire A Help. Customer service was great. I would say the reason that I got rid of one star was because they take a huge chunk away from the local movers. I expect them to take some, but I watched our local movers bust their butts all day only for Hire A Helper to take several hundred dollars of their profit. I don't like seeing that.
