My only criticism is trying to connect with someone at the Charter bus call center. Wait times are unacceptable. I have been calling for a week about a lost item and have yet to connect. You need more people to man the phones.

The only drawback was the buses were on the side of the hotel, out of sight, so we did not realize they were there. Should have received a phone call where they were. We called our contact person but received a voicemail. Very frustrating to say the least.

First Charter was excellent for my daughter's wedding in Phoenix. I was very nervous since I am from out of town and there were several stops that were time sensitive. From the office staff to the driver, Jorge, I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you!!!!!!
The day the driver showed up
The day the driver showed up, and rescheduled day of Thursday, was perfect. The driver was great, and everything went smoothly. He gets five stars. The three stars is for the previous scheduled trip for the bus did not show up. No one called us to tell us there was no bus coming. I was calling for over an hour trying to get someone to talk to. Everybody understands right now that things are fluid and different. If the driver didn’t show up, fine. But at least call us and let us know. I had 60 kindergarten students devastated that they cannot go on the field trip that day. Parents were supposed to go with us and they had their schedules changed. Lunch was messed up. School schedule was messed up.

Ali and George were the best drivers! They did arrive 25 minutes late, but that was traffics fault not theirs. I booked an hour early just in case and it worked out great. They were so friendly, the busses were clean, and our guests had a BLAST!!! We will for SURE be using you again next year for our Halloween Crawl! Thank you SOOOO much!

Unfortunately
Unfortunately, on our return trip the bus was late. The driver stated that someone other than myself (who was listed as the point of contract) told her to arrive at 1pm. This was not what I asked for nor was it the time I stated in the contract. I was not consulted by the driver and if I was, I would have told her the time on the contract was not to be changed. This created a mess for our arrival time and parents were upset.

So late.
So the driver was kind and did great, however he showed up 35 minutes late! When I called your company, all I got was a very unapologetic, "sorry, he'll be there soon."
That 35 min caused so many issues. We were late to the play, missed the first part, the parents were frantic, and we were mistreated by the staff there because they were frustrated too.
I booked the bus at 8:15 to allow time to avoid all sorts of issues but I didn't even get a courtesy call to let me know they were behind. Instead I had 75 of us, including parents and children, waiting around for 35 min. So disappointing. I understand things happen but please at least call.
