Great Customer Service, Execution Left a Little to be Desired

Their customer service team is excellent, whenever I called about the lead up to the event they were very prompt and easy to deal with
However, on the day of the event, none of the phone numbers on the confirmation worked (I called 9 times on the day of the wedding) and the bus driver didn't follow the instructions that were clearly outlined on the contract. Becuase of this, the ceremony was delayed because guests had to uber to the location instead of taking the shuttle service.
To give them credit, when I called in the aftermath of this, they really were excellent to deal with. The branch manager called me personally to apologize and while I appreciated the effort, it was a little too late. They apologized profusely and ended up refunding me the entire amount I paid for transportation.
The returned money was excellent, but I would have prefered to not have to deal with this on my wedding day.

AWFUL
i wish i could give zero stars because they called 24 hours prior to my event and cancelled all 3 of my charter buses without any replacement options. i asked for a refund, for help getting different buses, nothing. didn’t even return my call. DO NOT GO THROUGH WITH THIS COMPANY, I HOPE YOU SEE THIS. WORST CHARTER BUS COMPANY IVE EVER BEEN IN CONTACT WITH.

The only critique is that there isn't a number of the driver to call in order to assist with timing of arrival or some emergency situation or schedule change that may cause the pick up zone to shift or move.
All in all, it was a great experience. It was a timely and pleasant experience!
