Please improve
We booked a school bus for a school trip and were disappointed by the service. The bus arrived 20 minutes late in the morning and 30 minutes late in the evening, with no notice or communication. This left students and staff waiting in the parking lot and caused us to lose an hour of service. While we understand traffic delays can happen, timely updates would have made a big difference. Please improve communication going forward.

We chartered two buses for three of our camp day trips. The buses were late all three days of our booking. We contacted First Student on the second and third day to let them know but they did not correct the problem as buses. Continue to be late each day for the pick up.
Drivers were good once we finally left, but each day, leaving late, made us miss out on time that we had paid for at our events.
