I had the best experience when recently engaging Fingo to complete my vehicle lease. Rob and Dina were my customer reps and both could not have been more helpful. From car searches, to arranging test drives and even hunting down the exact colour car I preferred interstate. Julie at Fingo was outstanding.

She didn’t try to upsell me or push the most expensive option. Instead, she worked with me to find the right vehicle for my situation. We went through multiple scenarios, and she prepared numerous quotes without pressure or shortcuts, clearly explaining the pros and cons of each.

Julie also managed the entire process with my employer, which saved me a huge amount of time and effort. Everything was handled professionally, calmly, and with genuine care for getting the best outcome for me, not the biggest deal.

I contacted Fingo Finance and spoke to Daniel Hudson, after the other provider was delayed due to not being on my employer's preferred supplier list.

Dan moved very quickly and was able to obtain my pre-approval on the same day. He also liaised with the dealer and the company that will be modifying my new car directly.

The full process was completed on third day. Both Dan and Dina Jarjis kept me up informed every step of the way.
