Don't finance with finance one. Extremely bad decision. Car loan was $19,000. They've pushed my payments back almost every fortnight, bouncing it back every time. Then they jack it up to $30k owing. Which is ridiculous. I've paid over $14k in one year with extra payments. They say I've paid $12k. I asked for 3 years. They gave me 5. Interest rate is 28%. DO NOT FINANCE WITH FIANCE ONE. They're scammers. And if I want to pay outright for the car. I've still got to pay $15k HAHAHAHA. They're unbelievable. I will be taking them to court.

Kylie was the first person from Finance One who treated me with respect and understanding. She has made my experience so much better.

Advertise car loans for people with difficult circumstances, however I have contacted them twice and on both occasions have not been able to assist.

Unfortunately they don’t go through your personal circumstances with you, they just process the application as if you have a high score credit rating.

So helpful when times are tough, excellent customer service.always try to help the best way.thanks.

The Broker offered a loan via This mob of 5 to 7 years (I chose Five at 17%) on the day of signing literally as the signing was about to occur the Term got dropped to 4 years and the interest Jacked up to 25%. I believe this is because I stated I was likely to pay slightly higher than requested to get ahead of the loan. Broker blames finance company - Finance Company blames Broker - 0 Accountability as the equipment was ordered I had no choice but to proceed with the loan. Go to AFCA if you have issues. Also, no portal to view the status of your loan. Extremely poor Service no statement of account

Lent to me when everyone else said no. A few of the consultants seemed to struggle a bit - maybe just new, but Grace was brilliant. Best person I dealt with at any lender.

Suffer from health issues and even told them they don’t note anything they don’t offer hard ship. I’m a small business and these bloody people try and ruin and break you with threats
Tanya lied to me stating to pay half my over due amount and continue on current payment plan than lies saying she never said that once I paid the money. Kellie is also a heartless person with no remorse I hope this company gets investigated ACA here I come

If you want health issues, and want to die quickly with mental stress this is the right company to take loans and suffer your whole life. No empathy towards the customers just blood sucking company taking advantage of your situation. Even though you contact them in time they emotionally black mail you and ruin your credit history inspite paying the amount which mentally kills you. They mislead you advising pay the default amount and you shouldn’t be having any issues with taking credit from other providers, which isn’t true hence don’t fall a prey to their cheap tactics. I am psychologically going through a very hard time with their cheap and demeaning way they took my money and false promises.

They prey on the less fortunate and support car yards that sell dodgy vehicles and show no remorse or liability for supporting these dodgy sellers. They threaten when you complain.

I found this company to be absolutely ruthless. In times i’ll financial and health hardship as a result of spinal surgery Leaving me incapacitated to pay $610 per week loan repayments!
I was just thinking a reduction to $1250 per month instead $2500, he told me to go bankrupt or to sell my own vehicle to pay them. Somebody on a disability pension being exposed to the intimidation and threatening behaviour from the collections department. It’s horrific.
An experience I will find difficult to get over. He has implied in his email he’s coming for me! Disgusting treatment!

Steer clear of this company!

I've had my run ins with the company itself and have had trouble getting my concerns addressed when I needed it.
I am simply leaving this review for Alana who literally made my day today. I would put 5 stars if it didn't mean boosting the companies star rating.
Alana alone has made my experience much better and lifted a huge weight off my shoulders today. I am grateful for her instant support and thank you for not judging and mistreating me like some others have in the past.
