I took out a commercial loan for a vehicle Never once
did they mention anything out paying out a loan earlier would accrue mega interest 2 years later and a lemon of a vehicle I am now left paying a car out that dosent go and owe more than I borrowed clients please be aware and ensure you have all the facts told to you on the phone

Finance One staff have always been wonderful with communication and help.
They answered any questions without hesitation and the answered weren't scripted. They're there for us, their customers. I highly recommend this firm. I'll continue using their services in the future with utmost confidence.

FinanceOne was an absolute dream to use. I was with them from late 2021 to last week. I initially got a loan through the broker Driva as my credit was around 450 at the time, so very low. The interest was exuberant but I decided to take on the loan as I knew I could afford to repay it. After 2 years with them they offered me an interest rate reduction by 3% as I never missed a payment, and although it came with a fee, I took it as it worked out better in the long run. They do many things right from great communication and response to email, they offer comprehensive credit reporting and because i paid every single payment on time, my credit score is now 950 which means I'm at a good standing to get another loan if I need to. And finally, if you pay more per month and struggle to make a payment one month or another, this means you can skip a payment if you need (because you've paid in advance. But you need to discuss this with them). I took advantage of this once as I had an emergency. I've since paid off my loan, but I highly reccomend them and i will go to them in the future if I need another loan. I assume with a good credit score the rates are much lower. Overall, it's been a fantastic experience. I actually think they are a great financer to help people with bad credit increase their credit score just like I did. You obviously just need to pay on time :)

My wife and I had a bad credit score due to losing money in the gfc we lost everything bill fell behind and our credit score went right down in 2014 who tried to buy a car? No one would give us a go except finance One they gave us the ability to fix our credit score. They have been absolutely fantastic to us. We have had two loans with them in the past 11 years. they are always courteous understanding and great to work with I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending finance One to anybody who needs a second chance they are a great company

Having now had two loans through Finance One I can say categorically they are an excellent company to deal with, very reasonable rates and great people to deal with.

Absolutely appalling service, if you have a loan with them make sure you check your credit file every few months, they have a habit of spying on you without letting you know they have looked at your credit file, they come up with any excuse to charge excess interest making your loan go longer than what it should, if you speak with a guy name George hang up, he is useless and just wants to argue, they will make your life extremely hard
And also when they say we can’t find your details on bad reviews, there full of it, there finally getting called out for ripping customers off and they don’t like it, STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMING MOB, you will thank me later

Customer service was the best experience. Anything i needed sorting out it got rectified on the spot.
The only thing that annoyed me was the way they report to the Credit Reporting Agency like Equifax or Illion. Any other credit provider i had will update the progress with a monthly balance and report when your loan is payed out and account is closed. Not knowing why i was getting rejected for even small credit when i done everything right the total amount borrowed was still outstanding in Equifax which spooked alot of credit providers. "This is A I.s calling"!

The team at Finance One since day one were supportive and backed me during difficult times. Really appreciate all involved until the end.

Has been a great company to deal with over the last couple of years. I just finished paying my loan and couldn't have been happier with the whole process everything was super easy to track online.

You answer 100 questions most of which you cannot answer then it refuses to not let you answer what was the exact date you started Centrelink disability that was 28 years ago last place you lived when did you start living there when did you leave stupid questions you download documents and it freezes and then they expect you to answer the questions again and to download documents again over and over if you're on the Centrelink don't bother they say they want to help people all they are after is your information so they can sell it on a total scam

I was a customer with Finance One for over 3 years, however, I had a conflicting conversation with a staff member who informed me that was Loan was to end in March 2025. However, another conservation with two Managers (Lena and Alayah) who both gave me different answers. When I asked for a recording of the conservation I had with the team member earlier in the year 2024, I was told that the recording was to be provided, however, later on, I was told the recording no longer exists and they couldn't do anything about it. When I told the managers that it was a bit sad that my conservations were no longer available, I was threatened by the manager Alayah that she would disconnect the call, even though I never raised my voice or used any swear words. When I made the manager aware of this fact there was silence on the phone. When I asked for a reduced interest rate I met with no we cannot do it and this is what we can do and if you don't like it don't take it attitude. I mean I have never defaulted on my loan not once, I paid above the amount every month and I was never late in payment. I decided after this company had treated me in this bad way that I would get a loan from a bank and pay off this loan so I don't have to deal with such rude employees and not helpful to customers who are making sure to pay on time and over the amount. That was my experience and I will never recommend this company to any friends, families or loved ones. If there was a zero rating, this would be my rating and I will never recommend them to even the public.
