Game changer. Love it

The website is user friendly. I love having real time on work job purchases and being able to preview receipts. The CS is exceptional. When I have a question, I get the answer right away. Very friendly people at this company. The previous system we were using for our Credit Cards was not as user friendly. I like that we are in control to obtain receipts ASAP. That was a game changer.

Endless Frustration & expense

I can not begin to describe the level of frustration (or expense) that we have experienced in the last year. The accountants don't ask questions & don't shut up & listen long enough for us to complete a sentence anyway.
Email questions or concerns go largely unanswered but rest assured they'll pull the payments for their 12 month contract shamelessly.
Finally is a money grab. Run away!!

Really not impressed

Really not impressed. Was told that they could help me with all kinds of things. Then after I have signed a one year contract, they tell me that they can help but it will be a lot more money.
The customer service was very unprofessional. Emails started with "hey". When I asked questions, they didn't seem willing to help me understand. Why would they? I'm locked in for a year. If I cancel, it's going to cost me 3 months in fees. I don't think that they are even doing the bare minimum for me, but I'm stuck with them.
I'm so frustrated right now! I want my books done correctly. I want help making sure that everything is set up correctly. But I'm stuck with these clowns

Absolutely horrible communication

Absolutely horrible communication. I last contacted them 5 days ago with an issue that I need an answer too and zero response.
If you aren't a customer of theirs....run. Don't walk.

If you can live with email only…

If you can live with email only communication and extremely slow response times, Finally is sufficient.
However, as a small business it is occasionally necessary to speak to someone via a Zoom meeting or at least a phone call. Finally doesn't provide this type of human assistance.

this company would not stop calling or message or so forth after told them not interested in their card and services . i block them and they keep calling and contact different numbers this scam place please avoid

Support was Terrific!

Ralph was the technician who assisted me and he was incredible. Kind, patient and yet also professional and effectively helped me resolve my issue. I also learned some helpful hints. All in all a great experience!
