Don’t do it
Don’t do it. I signed up in March and they reconciled only the first two months. It’s now Jan and still nothing else reconciled for 2025. I even went ahead and reconciled my books myself, sent them to my rep and still received nothing months later. Not a single report. Constant back and forth avoiding actual work. I let the games linger way too long. Now that I have requested cancellation due to services not provided, they have attempted to charge my card literally every day for more money.

Worst decision I could have made.
Communication is a nightmare. One would think that with AI, bookkeeping would be even simpler. Not here! I am categorizing my own transactions in my monthly “ask client” report even though I have the same transactions with the same people multiple times per month.
I had to go through two years of bank statements to show “the team” how a transfer from one account shows up two days later to another account at a different bank - multiple transfers! For this headache, I’d do my own books.

Complete Waste of time and money with Zero benefit
The made promises they did not keep. After over a half dozen meetings and attempts, they never were able to even do my bookkeeping correctly. They actually wasted a lot of time and I was not even able to use their services to do my taxes. They mixed all my personal accounts with my business accounts and after promising multiple times they would undo that they never did. I had to do all my taxes without using any of the work they did they were so bad. The only way they could come close to making this right would be to refund my money, but that would still not cover all of my wasted time. They called me and asked me why I was leaving and were sympathetic but offered no compensation.

This company took many months to bring my books up to date. very poor communication throughout the process and ultimately once it was all done it was incorrect, and I had to redo it myself with another bookkeeper . I do not recommend using them unless you want a huge headache of things being wrong and double paying for results.

RUN! Terrible communication and service. I had to file extensions on two years…
I had to file extensions on two years of tax returns. So they were very LATE! Terrible communication if you can find someone who speaks English and's working on your books. They slip in an automatic renewal like 4 months early, and they are greedy. I was charged close to $400 to get out of the contract with them. Very unprofessional. Honestly, I spent more time doing two years of taxes than over twenty years combined. And when I tried to set an appointment to finalize changes for the first half of 2025, they said my account was closed, so they didn't even deliver the finalized reports, despite charging me. And they aren't cheap. This company has cost me so much time and anguish; my advice: RUN!
