I've been using Filmora since the Filmora 8 version. Anytime I've had a question or an issue, a simple email to headquarters solved my problem. The team is quick to respond and always very helpful. One time they even called to make sure all is well.

Excellent customer service
I had a very old version of Filmora that I hadn't used for years and could not reactivate.
I contacted Wondershare just hoping to get my old software working.
They actually gave me an upgrade free of charge and even helped me activate the new version.

Won't go back to PrPro - Wondershare is here!
I was trained a few years ago on professional video editing. At the time, Premier Pro was the go-to software to get the job done. As Wondershare evolved through the years, it has become a direct competition at a fraction of the cost. I have migrated all of my editing over to Wondershare. It is MUCH more user friendly with almost all of the upgraded features of PrPro.

Filmora: Great product and own up to help customers
I love using Filmora and I've been using it since Filmora9. I was a bit disappointed when my access to features was suddenly blocked behind a pay wall even though I had paid for a lifetime license. Thankfully though, Wondershare listens to their customers and were willing to refund those in the same and similar situations as me. Talking to customer service representatives was very easy and I knew that I was talking to real people along the way. I was able to get my refund, and continue to use this product. Great product, a bit of a bump in my experience for a bit but they resolved my problem entirely.

I purchased filmora last year for a lifetime subscription however a year later I can't use this software because it wants me to pay more money to upgrade in my eyes this is a scam.

I subscribed Wondershare Filmora lifetime license since 2019. I'm an amateur video editor and I use the editing software for hobby. The software is user friendly, simple to use but powerful. There are a lot of free online tutorials to introduce the many features of Filmora. Another good point about the software is the company keeps improving the software with latest updates and all upgrade has been free for lifetime license users. Keep up the great job!!!

Filmora is much easier to use and much faster on my MacBook Pro 2018 than the "big box" competitor. For the speed alone, I give it five stars, although the global media, favorites and keyframing all make it sincerely worth it. AND, when I had to contact support team about an issue I had with an update, they were back at me in no time at all – AND provided a speedy solution.
