Do not provide them with any payment information. I purchased the basic plan and upgraded the same day (my word count was above the basic plan cap). So now there are two plans running concurrently. Fine, whatever. I canceled the plan immediately. I only needed the service for one month. Then BOOM, an additional charge was made to my card for an annual subscription! I did not make that purchase, and now I have 3 plans running concurrently. Now, does that make any sense? It is exploitative.

Unprofessional and Unresponsive Service
I had an extremely disappointing experience with AI Humanizer. I subscribed unintentionally on December 5, 2024, and immediately requested a refund within the 3-day window stated in their refund policy. Despite following their rules and not using the service at all, my emails were completely ignored.
I also tried reaching out through other platforms like X (Twitter), Instagram, and Facebook, but I received no response on any of them. Their complete lack of professionalism and failure to communicate is unacceptable for a company offering online services.
It’s clear they do not prioritize customer support or honor their own policies. I strongly advise against using their service unless you're ready to deal with unresponsive and unreliable support.
