Filmora 12 is the latest evolution where you don't have any limit in editing ur vidoes, audio, presets etc. You can do the way whatever u can do if you know how well to do. Since the last year Filmora has been my best friend which has become even more better with Filmora 12 release. One line: You can't go wrong with filmora.

Great editor, great service.
I had some trouble upgrading to the Filmora 12 editor, so I contacted customer service, and they were able to help me fix the problem in just a few minutes. I am now a very happy user of the upgraded Filmora 12 and am absolutely loving it! Love being able to mass mute audio on multiple files now. And the ability to edit the speed and color on second video track files is great. 12 is also smoother to use, and never gets stuck. Great product, great service!

upgrade problems solved
i had some problems with the upgrade to version 12. so i sent a quick email, within 10 minutes i got an email back with the link to see if it worked. and yes, the link worked great, i could install the program right away. really top service and fast good quality.
Another plus, just asking if there is anything else Wondershare could do... it seems like a simple question but means so much.
Keep up the good work!!!

Filmora lifetime licence Issue
Wondershare sell & charge more for a lifetime licence for their Filmora software which expires when the programme is upgraded to the next version. This is mis-selling, if you buy a 'Lifetime' licence for software you expect it to work on all subsequent versions (including upgrades). I will not be buying any further software from this company as it is dishonest.
UPDATE: Originally 1 star I have now updated to 4 Stars as Wondershare have have been true to their response and enabled version 12 for Lifetime licence customers.

The customer service reps were helpful even if I was such an a$$. I got frustrated because there was no way to remove my debit card details aside from unsubscribing which I did not intend to do. But these folks helped me understand and they solved the problem. So thank you Elle, Eric, and Ezra! You guys rock!

I absolutely love this app
I absolutely love this app. It has so many features that I haven't even touched yet but it's editing capabilities totally meet my expectations. I have sent feedback on suggesting improvements and the developers definitely listen to their customers and incorporate the suggestions when a new version is released.

Not the most efficient customer support
Once my issue was escalated to the advanced / higher support team, my issue was resolved immediately. Prior to that, the customer support I received was just sending me round in circles.

Absolute junk
Absolute junk. I bought a filmora for life. They upgrade me to the newest filmora without telling me, and it's behind a pay wall now. I did not know they upgrade my software. I spent hours on a project to then try to export it to be hit with a pay wall. They then downgraded me back to the old program. They have my project held hostage because it doesnt load on this downgraded software.
