Fetch is good. I got 3 Amazon gift cards, but in the last 10 days they removed 6800 points from my account without a specific reason. I checked my points and I found 10 receipts rejected, it mea... See more

Make sure you keep up with your points
Make sure you keep up with your points, and take screenshots, plenty of screenshots. They wouldn’t give me the 63,000 points they owed me, they said it didn’t show in their system I had completed the task. I went to BBB and what do you know.. THEY FOUND WHERE I HAD COMPLETED THE TASK. They are definitely crooked
Rewards not given playing their games
I don't have any issues of scanning of receipts your points are rewarded.
I do have an issue when playing their games, after spending hours in playing your points are NOT rewarded.
Not all times but it has happened to me about 3 times (that I'm aware of)
After contacting them they tell me all my points have been given but when I check for them they're not given.
I've contacted them with the same response. Very disappointed in FETCH.
Beware of Fetch Play
Beware of Fetch Play. It is a scam. They won’t allow you to proceed high into a game to get the maximum points. I had 2 games completely not give me points so I have to contact customer service. The catch is customer service will only award you earned points once. If you continue the app it will not award you points and customer service says they will only manually award points once time. Total scam.
So much work for little reward
1. You never get the right points for the games you play. Then they change the games constantly that you can gey points for or raise the bar on how to get points. 2. The restaurants or stores you can buy items from to get "extra points" are extremely limited and all "big city" stores. They have issues with their eReceipts all the time and then expect you to back track and find everything since it wasn't working. 3.if you have long receipts from grocery stores, ot doesn't pick up many of the items for points or you habe to scan barcodes. So much work for little rewards
Waste of time
Every time I get a big point they take it away total waste of time they suck !!!!!!!!!!Thank you for being part of the Fetch family and for reaching out to us!
We've received your request (14925403) and expect to look into your inquiry soon, we are currently experiencing high volumes which may delay our response, we appreciate your patience! Thanks for reaching out - we’re glad to hear from you!
After reviewing your account, we found that some receipts did not follow our submission guidelines, so points from those receipts were removed. To avoid issues in the future, please keep the following in mind:
• Receipts must reflect purchases for personal use: Submissions should represent items you personally paid for.
• Receipts for work-related purposes are not eligible: Examples include receipts from company credit cards, purchases made for reimbursements, or deliveries for business use.
If you have not already done so, you may be able to find immediate answers in our Help Center. Here are a few articles that cover some of our most common inquiries!
Missing Offer Points
It started out good but now everytime so I will just stop wasting my time
This was really great at the start with…
This was really great at the start with higher points possibilities abound. Now it is nearly impossible to see any meaningful rewards. It present new pase it would take me a year plus to get to a $50 reward so I am inclined to bag this now bad habit. If you are new to fetch. You should really lower your expectations on any reward in a year time frame
Do NOT get Fetch Rewards, it’s a SCAM.
At first it seems legitimate and if you search it up it’s mixed but when you get the app you get your point off of offers and receipts and finally make up enough you see gift cards that you have enough points for. i saw that i had enough for a visa $5 so i clicked on it and it asked if i was sure i clicked yes then a screen came up saying that i would receive it for 72 hours, i went off the app for a little bit and went on it a little while later just to see its status, i couldn’t find the gift card anywhere i searched up in the rewards section “visa” which is how i found it the first time and it said it wasn’t there, so now im down 5000 points which took a day or two to get, and i was doubtful it was true in the first place so im not really bothered but jsut warning other people about this waste of a time scam.
They show a variety of products to buy…
They show a variety of products to buy to collect points for gift cards unfortunately the pictures rarely tell the truth, there will be what is pictured is not the product with the bonus pionts , there will be a suger free variant that is not mentioned untill you try to claim pionts , that is the actual item ,they will doop you into buying stuff and then give you nothing except for a ridiculous form letter via email
Cheating me out of points
Oh I've loved Fetch up until 09/25/25 when I busted my hump playing one of my ACTIVE games, I earned my level up to obtain 42,034 points & they only give you added points 1x if the game doesnt do it within 24 hours!!! WRONG ANSWER!!! I dont care HOW MANY X'S their system aint workn' right IF I PLAYED THE GAME AND EARNED MY POINTS THEN GIVE ME WHAT IM OWED!!!! PERIOD
Fetch is a scam
Fetch is a scam. I played their game for months to win the highest points and I finally reached it. I was supposed to be awarded 10,200 points. It never went through. I checked my game the game was still active. So I contacted them and they said that game was an earlier version and sometimes the updates don’t show and even tho it doesn’t show me that the game expired, on their end the game expired. Then told me the best they can do is give me 1000 points and they can’t do anymore. Such a waste of time. So they openly admitted it was nothing on my end that I did wrong it was on their end and yet they can’t give me my points. DONT USE THIS APP!!!
POINTS DELETED, GIFT CARD CANCELED AND NO EXPLANATION
I had 10,056 points DELETED and a GIFT CARD CANCELED, and they WONT TELL YOU WHY. I tried support services, but it didnt help. I wrote a review, and they said to email them, but no response!
Fetch could be better
Fetch constantly has special point bonuses for buying certain items. Then when you do, you don't get the points. SUPPORT is terrible. They always say you don't meet requirements even when the receipt has nothing but the required items on it. The final slam was when I bought a $50 Amazon gift card with 55,000 points and they took my points and gift card saying fraudulent receipts because I had to fold some 2 feet long receipts because they wouldn't scan receipts that are long. AGAIN SUPPORT IS TERRIBLE!
Will Do Anything Not to Give You Your Rewards/Points
I would have given this company a 5-star review, but they refused to give me my 21,980 points for buying the new Propel Energy Boost Drinks at Kroger. (I bought 2 12 packs for $10.99 each and should have gotten 1000 points per $1 spent.) I bought them at Smith's Food and Drug, a verified Kroger store. I contacted support, and they said the retailer isn't valid for the promotion/bonus points. That is a flat-out lie. If you go to the Kroger website and look up locations, you will see the Smith's store where I live listed as a verified Kroger store.
I don't know if I will continue to use this app after this experience. Customer Service is a joke, and they did everything they could to not give me my bonus points
Poor experience with them and I never…
Poor experience with them and I never complain! They overcharged my account and never reimbursed my card. Customer service said they would call back, however, no one returned or credited my account or card. Seems lie scam behavior or at the very least the worst customer service/company.
There’s always an issue …
There’s always an issue receiving points for the fetch games. The games are time consuming to collect the rewards, so when I complete multiple tasks, I expect my rewards for completion. Well that doesn’t always happen, and customer service will not always fix THEIR error in their system.
This app cheats you out of points as much as they can
This app cheats you out of points at every opportunity. I linked my Amazon purchases, which is where I make 80% of my purchases. However, it would always give a message that it "couldn't" process my purchases. I contact support multiple times, and always got the same run around. You used to give free points every week, but they took that away. The final straw was when I was awarded 200,000 points for a sweepstakes win, and 2 days later those points were taken away. I contacted support, and they said "Oops we made a mistake, and you should not have been given those points". I told them I had had enough with the issues with their app, and they sent me instructions on how to delete the app from my phone!!!! Wow, if that doesn't show how little they care about their customers!
I was awarded 200,000 points in a…
I was awarded 200,000 points in a sweepstakes they had. The next morning they were taken away and they gave me 250 points instead. What a joke this sweepstakes was!! I had ordered gift cards with those points and those were even cancelled. Do better fetch!! I'm going to back shopkick. I know what I'm getting with them.
Won 200,000 then they stole it back…
Won 200,000 then they stole it back saying there was a glitch. The only glitch is fetch employees trying to imbecile general mills sweepstakes money. Don't trust this site to do the right thing when they make a mistake.
$200 turn into $2.50 OVERNIGHT
I was issued 200000 points for a sweepstakes sin on 8/29. I had been waiting to make a big purchase until I had the money for it. Surprised yesterday I found I had won 200000 points. Got the email, had the points, and decided to redeem them to Amazon to have enough for my purchase and then knowing they were pending completed the purchase using the project s gift cards (pay out of my pocket and then use the gift cards to make me whole). So I made my purchase. Then this morning I awaken to my rewards being cancelled and now I will not be made whole. There has been no explanation and I am now out that money. This is ridiculous. How do you tell someone they won almost $200 via sweepstakes and then take it away. And on top of that you think 250 points is a consultation prize. That's like taking $200 and saying sorry I meant to give you $2.50. Very very bad business. I am so upset and disappointed that I actually wrote this. Maybe fetch isn't the spot for me after all. JUST BAD BUSINESS. I will be putting this out there everywhere, and everyday until I feel resolution has been reached. that was notified should be honored instead of cancelling the sweepstakes and then redoing it so other people can win.
Update:
Their response:
Hello our support team will be happy to assist you at @fetch.com. We hope to speak to you soon.
UPDATE:
They asked me to email them in relation to the points they took away from quite a few of us due to the "sweepstakes." I did this knowing it would not be read. I even typed in the email that it wouldn't be read. LOW AND BEHOLD, I got the EXACT SAME RESPONSE word for word that I got before. The only difference was the name on the bottom. Then they actually sent a request for Feedback for both Olivia and Tyler. The two names under the response to me... I responded, bet they don't
took sweepstakes away
I've cashed out once before. But I just WON 200,000 points on a sweepstakes and now they've taken them away and given me 250 points as a sorry. Should have cashed out and spent it. Something FISHY is up with this place. You can't even get a winner's list for their sweepstakes without sending a letter in the mail... it's like those suspicious overseas gambling apps everyone is linking their bank accounts to... You get limits on how many receipts (bogus bc i spend TONS as a mom, and shop at TOO many places) and then you have to verify and scan the boxes of items sometimes (i throw away my cardboard boxes upon loading my kitchen cupboards) and then there's times it will not read dates correctly, or read everything you purchased to even give you the extra points you purchased items for... definitely good for a single 20 something year old that has TOO much time on their hands.
