Home the whole day but delivery never came ….
Was waiting a delivery today so I was home the whole day waiting later today I got email that Fedex will come around 17:45 so I kept waiting. They didn’t come i wasted my time waiting. I then got sms in evening that they came but nobody was home. Meanwhile I was home the whole day and my name is on the door. This is the second time last time IT’s ended that i went to their office to claim my parcel self…..what kind of poor stupid service is this.. meanwhile i paid for the delivery. Very poor service will never use Fedex again…. It’s Fedex Malmö

I had some metal equipment cases shipped to me from China and the supplier (unfortunately) used FedEx to ship them. Although the shipping was fast and delivery was not a problem, it is FedEx's handling of import charges which is a huge problem.
Despite the goods being shipped with an accurate invoice which had all the information needed to correctly calculate the VAT that I required to pay, FedEx simply make up a number and add that to their high handling charges.
If you try to contact them to get the charge corrected, they simply do not reply. The also use a debt collection agency here in Sweden to invoice private persons and they immediately start adding late fees and other charges seven days after the bill should have been paid (which is just a week after receiving the bill). Essentially, you have to pay whatever VAT FedEx dream up or risk getting a bad credit rating. In my case, they charged me VAT at 100% of the cost of the goods and shipping, instead of 25%.
This behavior is nothing less than extortion. FedEx have plenty of history when it comes to this kind of abuse. They previously lost a large class action in the USA for defrauding companies with made up shipping charges. It seems that here in Sweden, they have realised they can more easily get away with defrauding private persons instead.

Deivery time is between 11.00 / 14.00 and they don't even have a drop off / pick up point in my town (Uddevalla) I was told that the parcel will be returning to landvetter (Gothenburg) and I can pick it up there. Absolute joke of a "delivery service"

Horrible experience to connect to customer support. Fedex never come to pick up after book a shipment and when once try to contact customer support the automated connection never let you reach customer support.

I see fedex more or less as a scam company. The business mdel is about making it look like it is the recievers responsibility to get the parcels on time. When they arrive in your city or region, someone will drive around with your parcel and make notes about if you were home or not more or less like someone stalking you or whatever, because as a customer there are many reasons we have other things to do than keeping track on exactly where the parcel is every day and as every shipping company's routine differs slightly the expectations are very high on the custoner. People usually do not have just one email adress these days so one has to look through the possible related inboxes each and every dsy as a result if one suspect fedex is involved wich is very baroque. I am waiting now the third day in a row they claim they are driving around with the parcel after I took it in my behind and took the responsibility for arranging a second delivery after the initial disclaimer attempt. So the work one has to do is like equal to instead kinda just gicöve up on international trade and buy locall which might be their idea since Greta Thunberg says it's not good to drive around with parcels for days instead of just dropping them off as I have since long asked them to do. I can't wrap my head around how a company are able to make money at all. Is it so easy for you? Is parcel handling like flying fried birds?

I wish there was a lower grade than one. A parcel supposed to arrive last week just seems to lying on a shelf forever. The customer service is of course a robot. Contact a human being is impossible. Picking up my package myself also impossible. Go to h*ll

Got a "you was not at home" where the hand written consignment number was invalid. Customer service did absolutely nothing to help.

The worst supplier that i've ever encountered in my life! I used to buy a product from USA and fedex is their supplier. All the third time they gave me excuses and lies to send my products. There is no policy and rules to support buyers and they just lie! The first time I picked my package from the street after one month waiting. The second time I picked it from a store around my neighborhood after three months begging and ringing them. And the third time they just sent back my product to the sender without any explanation. I just hate them.

Very bad and fake are fedex you dont get your paket in time never,everytime they liar to People,i get my paket arter 2 weeks and they told me 7 days you get your paket.and then i payed 70 dollar for one post 150 gram.it was dokument from my country to sweden, and after 1 weeks they send faktura to pay to them again 52 kr,and I payed 70 dollar from begning.

Such a bad and poor service, I wasn’t sure expecting this cheap service from multinational corporation. It was my first and last experience with them, Actually in fedex no one cares about customer care. They behave like they paying us to use their service.

Worst delivery service I have experienced. Delivery guy couldn’t get into building as they usually claim. Arranged a redelivery. No one turns up. Again the same thing. After three days finally it shows it’s out for delivery but no suddenly in the middle of the day it’s back in the warehouse again. Now they claim because of holidays they could deliver in another five days. It’s so awful I am at a loss of words.

I've called (only to be hung up on because I don't have an account and when I tried making one if keeps saying there is an error in their system), I've emailed and I've sent messages on Facebook and STILL I haven't received my package! She paid a crazy amount of money just for shipping to be charged tax even though it was a gift and UNDER the tax amount regulations. This gift is very very special and it should have arrived a long time ago! Both myself and my friend who shipped this to me have been trying to figure this out and all they keep doing is giving us the run around. I was promised it would arrive yesterday and suprise suprise it's still not arrived! I also specifically stated that they can NOT just leave my package and of course that was just ignored completely! It was sent on the 30th of November! Tracking number: 391430551137. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE!?!?
I have paid a lot for an express…
I have paid a lot for an express shipping with FedEX/TNT to get a crucial part on a specific day. I was waiting at home all day to make sure I do not miss it. I even put a note on the downstairs door so the driver surely can find the right door. At 13.04 I got a text message that I missed the delivery and I have to book a new time. I immediately called the TNT service and I reached them at 13.07. They were not willing to contact the driver or help me in any way. They said I was not home, but I was home whilst calling them and I have been home the whole time. I asked them why the delivery driver did not call (they obvisouly had my number since i got the text message) but they said "That is not a service we offer". So I could not do ANYTHING, i offered to pick it up but they only said "i can make a note, but I cannot see when it can come back".. Now a whole team cannot proceed working on a project the next day because Fedex/TNT is obvisouly cheating and just pretenting to deliver. I was home and there was NO way a delivery driver could not have seen the signs and found the door. And in the 21st century where every other delivery has livetime updates TNT/Fedex is not able to call you if they cannot find your door???? Never pay for FedEx/TNT!!!! They are cheating and not a serious company. And of course they dont want to help you in any way. Now I have to hope that the crucial part will arrive somewhen the next day, because of course TNT/Fedex could not tell me if or when they will try to deliver it again.

Shame. Customer service is useless and below zero. Companies knowledge about service is below zero. Shipment travels faster overseas than delivered inside Stockholms region. Disorganized and unprofessional with tons of reasons and excuses. No excuses to charge hundreds of euros for express deliveries though.
FedEx Sweden is a shamed
FedEx Sweden is a shamed! I received my package half open. And the items got stolen. They send a notification that my items got delivered. I was confused because usually my last FedEx delivery they handed it physically to me and I need to sign. But this time they put it in my mailbox. When I got the package I only have the jewelry box inside but the jewelries are missing and it cost around 30 000kr. When I file a complain they just reply that I have to contact the seller. I talked to FedEx personal if they can track who deliver my goods and make a deep investigation about it but he said he cannot do it and I need to send an email to them. But unfortunately the one who answered my email wasn’t really helpful either. We will see if I can still find my items. Worst thing is it was for me and for my friend. I will never use FedEx again! It’s a scam! Even if I told them I have a proof a video when I open the package. I wish them bankruptcy!

Abysmal, avoid if you do not want to get scammed.
Recently got a package from overseas, and a matching invoice. On the Swedish Fedex website *only* a Handelsbanken account is given to pay invoices to so I sent the amount there. Yet apparently this OFFICIAL account was *not* the correct one, which I only noticed after they sent me another invoice with a 60sek "late" fee, despite me already paying it.
Only 3 (three) weeks later I got a response from them. Instead of just handling this themselves, I then had to make a payment to the "correct" account, send them the payment confirmation and wait for them to send the first payment back. Not even a "förlåt" either. The kicker: This was a ~300sek invoice from which they then subtracted more than 200sek as a "Courtage" fee, only giving me back around 100sek from the original payment. Actual scammers...
Secondly, the ask you to pay ~150sek for a "customs declaration service" you never actually ordered. This is illegal in the EU (providing services without an explicit contract), but they somehow get away with it. You do not actually have to pay this amount, there are quite a few resources on that online. Also the customs declaration should be carried out through PostNord, but that is another issue entirely.

Get ready to spend multiple days waiting for your package to never be delivered, fedex claims that they have been there to deliver without actually being there. And prepare to spend hours upon hours in phone queues for them to promise that you will get your package the next day.

Every time a guaranteed bad experience. I dread when my packages will be sent with Fedex and I can`t do anything about it. I try not to do business with companies that ship trough Fedex but sometimes you get scammed and they use Fedex instead of UPS, DHL or other courier.
