I ordered the Trump coin. Have waited over a month for it to arrive to Sweden. It arrived in malmö which is near where i live so i assumed it would be here shortly bc malmö is in region Skåne right next to mine Blekinge. Nope. It gets sent far north to Stockholm then back to Malmö then back to Stockholm then back to Malmö then Stockholm then Malmö then stock etc etc etc in this imbe"cilic tracking system of theirs. They never offered delivery options. They said there is no need to sign for it. Then wth is the problem? Why couldn't you just drop it off in my mailbox or give it to competent post office ppl who'll show you how delivering packages works. Never ever again if i ever get to choose it will never be fedex. Of course Trump picked the most cheap unreliable option. Gready parasltes have lots in common. Fedex has now cost me money. I will now be forced to pay for shipping again. To the readers: don't think this was necessarily an accident. You know the saying "never attribute to malice that which can adequately be explained by incompetence" if you reverse that then it becomes that which you deliberately screw up will make you money again you won't lose any bc the planes were flying back anyway. Fedex is an extortion racket.
Worst company to ever have to receive a package from. And as a receiver, you have no means to contact them in any meaningful way.
Had a parcel stuck in customs. They generated an 'estimated' invoice and demanded I pay within 5 days or else my goods were returned. This estimated invoice was of course incorrect and included mysterious and unexplained "other charges" on top of the VAT. There is a word for this - extortion. Of course given I was the receiver I had no recourse to speak to anyone, and the webchat people simply said I needed to email this or that team, who of course don't respond. All the while the 5-day clock is ticking for them returning my goods to sender. Even if they return the goods to sender, you are still on the hook for 100% of the costs!
A shameless extortion racket.
Unbelievable incompetence
Unbelievable incompetence , after being told to wait home between 8-18.00 no one turned up with large delivery / I called and was told they had been a mix up in the morning , they could have told me instead of leaving me sat at home ( taken day off work )
They said the delivery would be made the next day ,however no timing could be given
No delivery arrived ! Another wasted day waiting
Called again this time the agent didn’t know were the delivery was or when I would receive it !!!
After weekend ( no contact ) called Monday morning was told someone was working on it and would call me . Back !
No one called back no notifications nothing !!!!!
Tuesday morning a delivery person came without prior notification or any messages they were coming with one parcel !
I was was at work so it was undelivered
Tuesday still waiting I called and was told it would be delivered today !!! No delivery was made more wasted time at home.
Totally the worst company I have dealt with at no point did anyone take responsibility, call me inform me or deliver the goods , the delay resulted in a wasted day from work , cancelling work men who were to build the contents of the delivery

Firstly: Driver throws away 2 copies handed over to him Custom Invoices that was also sent electronically and delays my delivery to my customer in Budapest.
Secondly: took 5 working days to reach Budapest from Sweden?????
Thirdly: August 21 18.08 still not delivered when tracking says planned delivery today before 18.00
All this work and cost for nothing am absolutely disappointed and far from happy and warn everybody to not use FedEx are 100% None trustworthy.

Today they lied that they were here and I wasn’t home, even though they had registered that the driver should leave the package at the door. So my door was not home? Got a message that they were trying to deliver a package and I wasn't home!
I was home all day and absolutely no one has come to me, have cameras around the house, no one has come near my house that day. I have immediately rebooked a new delivery time.
Now it's been three days that I've been trying to contact them (phone call, email, chat...) no answer!!!
During the three days I have tracked the package with their App and another App that shows exactly all the details of a delivery regardless of which company delivers a package.
First day (first try) they sent the package back!!!!!! I have been waiting two months for my order and now they have sent it back!! Don't know when I'll get it!
Finally, I want to write:
It's a disaster with this company, dishonest company, the company has 0% control over its staff and the work to be done from them. They can't deliver a package!!!
If you want to lose money and time and have headaches and stress, choose Fedex

Worst company ever, first they said that I wasn’t at home, then on the same day the status changed to delivered and signed for by ME!?, 2 days after I’ve still not received anything and I’m still waiting, customer service wasn’t helpful at all just an automated voice which asks you the same questions over an over before you get through to them and they can’t do much for you either, anyway never using FedEx again and wouldn’t advise anyone to do so as well, btw paid for express delivery within 2-5 days it’s coming up to 2 weeks.

It’s now been five days that I’ve been trying to get my package delivered, still nothing. The delivery person keeps on making up stories that they’ve tried to reach me and trying to deliver my package, which is a lie. At this point I do not think I will ever receive my package. Absolute scumbag, cowboy, joke company who are beyond the concept of incompetence. They have cost me thousands of € of business as some of my suppliers may have failed to follow my instructions "NEVER USE FEDEX IN SWEDEN". They lie about trying to deliver, they never fulfill rescheduling. My most memorable F-Up so far an express delivery (my supplier purchased 24hr shipping) from Spain was 8 days in process and they told me i can come collect it in Landvetter - Im based in Karlstad. If their boss earns 1kr per month its 1kr too much . To finish if you think they couldnt be any more useless they have an new AI telephonist that doesnt understand Swedish. Close this sh*tshow down asap its a detriment to Swedish businesses
Lying about attempt delivery
Worst delivery service, waited whole day at home. Courier claims to attempt delivery but doesn't use intercom, doesn't call and just says "customer not available". Contact customer service to ensure phone number is available and redelivery next day. Same situation, received SMS mid day saying delivery failed. Contact customer service again, says package still sitting in warehouse. What the ...? Now it's weekend and need to wait three more days for next "RE-DELIVERY". God knows when the package will actually arrive. ZERO STAR IF POSSIBLE
Update on Monday:
The next "RE-DELIVERY" failed with the same situation, no phone call no ringing intercom. How many times can this happen? Possible to give negative stars?
Trusted supplier let down by FedEx
A trusted supplier has just started using FedEx and I was told that FedEx would collect a parcel from me. All the supplier could tell me was that if would be Friday afternoon. Other delivery companies usually contact me to provide more detail - they have my email address and phone number - not FedEx - they expect you to have second sight and be at the front door all day. Totally hopeless organisation, and I suspect I have to change supplier
Worthless customer experience
Worthless customer experience. No time span for the delivery, only a date. Package was in transit in my town (Malmö) but several hours later it was back at FedEx. Status on their page states "to be delivered before 22:30" but at 21, it changed to delayed and moved the date to 3 days in the future.
No functioning support on their Web page.

Worst experience ever, my package have been out for delivery 4 times and they just come up with excusses and dont deliver... The package is put on a truck daily but never arrives. I will express this to the company that used their services aswell.
No Fedex account = No help from Fedex
If you do not have a Fedex account its impossible to speak to a human being at the Fedex support.. we have a missing/delayed urgent delivery that is stuck in a Fedex hub in Malmö (3 days late and no explanation given online) and have absolutely zero help from Fedex.
Absolute rubbish customer support and we will NEVER use their services again
Terrible, scam company
Scam company. I received my package totally in an unbelievable condition. Packagings were already opened. The service is so terrible, i received a delivery email that my package has been delivered and i was at home whole day, nobody came to delivered my parcel. I kept on calling the customer service line to have an update, but the service is so terrible that they couldn't given me a proper status of my parcel.
Put this company out of business
I got an SMS to say that my parcel could not be delivered because no one was home. BUT I was home the whole day waiting for this parcel and no-one came. Nor did anyone phone my number to get access to the building. So I don't believe that anyone came.
I contacted customer service who said they had scheduled delivery again for two days later. Now it is the end of two days later and no sign of the parcel. The website tracker does not even show it out for delivery. No tracking messages as signed up for.
How is this company even still operating? Why does anyone use it? Isn’t it illegal to promise a service you don’t deliver? To lie about having tried to deliver?
This is not the first time I have had this experience. Nor have I ever had this experience with any other legitimate courier company.
