Fraudulent company, at least 7 fake delivery attempts
After 3 weeks I still have not received my order. Fedex is pretending to trying to deliver my package, but most (If not all)of the time they do not truly ring the doorbell and actually deliver. After maybe 1-2 real attempts, which I could not influence.This happened at least 7 times where I was at home at the time they daid they where here. I even reached out to fedex customer service and they confirmed that something fraudulent is happening, that it should be priority delivered between 10.30 am and 14.30, and that they would deliver it the next day. Sadly I got misled again and waited for nothing.And this happened at least 5-6 times after that. You also will never get the opyion yo schedule it or deliver it to a collection point. And as I said, even if you do schedule by calling customer service, it will be futile. I lost faith in receiving my order. From now on I will contact every company that might use Fedex to check if they do and ask them for other options.

Not just once — every shipment has gone wrong.
Just to name a couple of past experiences:
I once went to a designated pick-up point, only to be told they don’t work with FedEx at all.
Another time, I was told the package would be delivered to a pick-up point, but when I got there it wasn’t there — instead, they had randomly sent it to my home.
This time I am still waiting for my delivery for 10 days, The website barely works, and I had to wait a long time just to reach a chat agent. When I finally did, we agreed the package would be left in a safe place — but that was completely ignored by the driver. And of course today I received the usual message saying “delivery attempt failed” because I wasn’t home — again.

Just like so many other complaints on here, Driver was too lazy to come down our road and deliver package. Have been home waiting on package that requires signature to only have tracking updated to say “delivery attempted. No one home or business closed”. Just like pretty much everyone else in America, we have outdoor cameras and to no one’s surprise, NO FedEx truck was seen. No “missed you” note left. NO delivery attempted was made. Called customer service to be told, I can do their job for them and pick up my own package (20 miles away) the following day because they don’t reroute (or should I saw make their employees work/do their jobs). I can’t trust these scumbags to actually deliver my package, so I guess I will do their job and go pick up my package!

This company is worthless and impossible to contact. I ordered a package but it was not delivered because the address was incorrect. The adres was correct. Then I can not reach them. DO NOT SEND A PACKAGE WITH THEM!!

I'd give zero stars if possible. They lost a package of mine over a month ago. I tried to call and it was all automated services and no options to help me. I had to drive 25 minutes to the closest store their staff couldn't help me. They employee at the store was able to get me on the phone with an actual phone rep who told me that they couldn't help me. Even their tracking showed the last update was weeks ago from a facility in another state. Just gone...over a hundred dollar item gone.
Today my Chewy order was delivered (not my missing package)... they used fed ex. The box was crushed.
How is this acceptable? For the record I never chose Fed Ex to deliver. The companies I ordered from used them.
From now on I will be more selective with the companies I order through. If it's Fed ex delivering it's a No for me!
Incredible fast
Incredible fast. Within 24 hours we received our package from the U.K. with the super fast service of FedEx.
If I send a package to the U.K. it can easily take 3 weeks!! So I was amazed by their prompt service.
I received a delivery sms with a link, it would be great if you could mention in the sms from which company you ordered, than I easier trust to click on the link.

ordered from eBay in Japan, item arrived in my country. had to pay 87 euros for import for an order that cost me 300, which isn't the main issue. package takes a long time to arrive, so I use the tracking number. says my order was delivered and signed while I wasn't even home.. no way to contact the driver for a confirmation. since it was 2 weeks overtime. they refuse to give me any sort of compensation..

What a bunch of idiots. VAT was charged by Etsy, the IOSS number was clearly stated on the parcel and what did Fedex do? They charged VAT. Then the fun really begins, try reaching out to their customer "service". I actually had to submit a complaint about not receiving a response to a complaint about not receiving a response. When someone finally responded, they didn't see an issue. From now on I will stay away from any company that uses Fedex.

Had a terrible experience with FedEx and I'm very surprised they're still able to operate with such incredibly low standards.
In my experience I'd never recommend this disservice to anyone and I hope to never have to deal with them anymore. The level of careless and disrespect they treat their customers...that's a 5 star
Very bad
Very bad, hell on earth! Delivery was tried only once, after which it was sent pack to sender, after i have paid import and shipping costs, they also want the sender to pay import and shipping fees AGAIN for undelivered package after it arrived back to thim, even after multiple calls to customer service no explanation or help was provided, emails where never answered. Stay away from this "so called" courier service, most likely you will pay one way or the other and never get your package.
FedEx was never my choice but...
FedEx was never my choice of shipping. But my vendors chose FedEx for my packages. I went to Kapoilani Blvd a year ago and this gentleman by the name of Thad served me. He was very attentive and he even helped me sealed the box for my returns. A year later I went back to the same store hoping he is still there and he was and again he helped answered my questions regarding a package I missed. Today I was hesitant to drop off my package at a nearer FedEx location, so I drove to Kapoilani location in hopes Thad is there. He was and he scanned the barcode on my phone and was as pleasant as he always been. He has been very consistent with his service and always helpful and kind. Mahalos.

Horrible, had contact twice about my delivery. The wrong address was listed and I waited for 1.5 days at home to welcome the package. Had contact twice and it was promised to arrive, with priority. Guess what - nothing came! I took a day off from work!
Contact centre is closed now, cant reach anyone. Horrible horrible experience.

Worst delivery organization EVER
I would give them zero stars if able. 2 packages within 2 days lost. Pictures of delivery show them at some other address. And to add insult to injury, the recipient has to contact sender to advise pkg not received, expecting the shipper to reship and then expects the shipper to file a claim w fedex for reimbursement. HA THOSE CLAIMS PROBABLY GO TO THE SAME BLACK HOLE. Quit hiring morons who cannot match address label to residence address sheesh! Would NEVER use them. I would have had better success using a camel to deliver! And to think hispitals use them to ship specimens....beware!!!

THE WORST!!!! I payed 14.99 for express delivery because I needed it within 1-2 working days (as was written). It should have arrived friday, first it was delayed because of weather circumstances. Okay. It should have been delivered today (monday) before 18:00. Around 18:05 it had been changed to tomorrow. Worst delivery company.
