I was supposed to receive my parcel…

I was supposed to receive my parcel yesterday. Then they rescheduled my delivery to today. I received a call this morning from the delivery guy. He told me that he will be there around 2pm. 2pm,3pm,4pm.. Nobody showed up. Then I received an email at 5pm for a rescheduled delivery for tomorrow… They are playing with us. Shame on Fedex

Horrendous customer service

Fed Ex customer service team are incredibly difficult to deal with. They also provide contradictory information over the phone to what is written in their email communication.

I have been waiting on the delivery of a parcel from the UK since September 2nd. (It is now October 16th.)
The delivery person attempted delivery once. I contacted the customer service to say that there is no one home to receive the package during regular working hours.
Fed Ex customer service agreed over the phone to have my package delivered to a collection point near my house instead. When I received the email confirmation of this, it said my package could be collected from the Fed Ex warehouse an hour's drive from my house. When I contacted them about this, I was told the package could only be delivered to my house or collected from that warehouse. There were no other options.
I was also told the warehouse is only open during normal weekday working hours; not in the evenings or on a Saturday.
In order to receive my parcel I would have to take time off work to either stay at home all day to wait for my package (Fed Ex would not give me a rough eta of the parcel delivery time either!), or I would have to travel to the warehouse during work hours.

I agreed to another delivery attempt at my home address. The driver never arrived at my house and then updated the online tracker to say I had received and signed for my package. I contacted customer services to say this was not true.
Then they told me my package had actually gotten "lost". Fed Ex have not been able to locate my package since!

I am incredibly disappointed and angry at the ordeal I've been put through the last few weeks and I STILL don't have my package.
Fed Ex are a disgrace and very unprofessional and unaccommodating to their customers.
I will never use their services again.

ZERO STAR

I have no choice to give "one star", otherwise, I would like to give "0 star";
Completely useless delivery service with bad update system, let customers to wait for the whole day. Well, there is a time indication, but just a decoration. Waited until end of the day, no any updated info, without any call or message. I tried to call the customer service, only stupid AI answer machine...Only, the best of their service, the Al voice sounds like a real person...hahaha
However, I have no choice to use their service, because the goods are delivered by merchant, not by me. I won't use it by myself for ever...

Extremely bad service

Extremely bad service. Looks like they don't want to deliver packages at all. How stupid a courier could be if they take a picture of the back door instead of entering through the front entrance with our receptionist in the office? No calls were made. Already the 2nd time. Never use this delivery.

Until now

Until now, I thought DPD held the reigns of absolute courier crap, but these guys are way ahead of them! A cheeky guy from Dordrecht said they couldn't deliver my parcel because neither I nor my neighbors were home, and I had to drive 60 km to their place. If you always arrive at noon, it's probably no wonder, geniuses! For a service I paid €100 for, this is absolute crap!

If i use DHL express they just deliver it as is, but now I have to send Fedex lists of details with the price of a movement piece or price of the battery...

Just go with anyone else

Imagine you wake up to see they cured deadly diseases, then you find the love of your life and after that you win the lottery but then you have to deal with Fedex and it's STILL the worst day ever. Literally everything is bad, customer service, website, reliability... Just go with anyone else

Remember when Fed Ex was one of the best companies in the country? How far down they’ve gone. If they don’t kill you on the streets from overly aggressive driving they certainly will as they run you ragged while not helping find the package of medical supplies they lost. I would never never never use them, ever.

My parcel (882750136606) was not…

My parcel (882750136606) was not delivered on Friday, the 18th, as expected, even though I was at home during the specified delivery window (10:20–14:20). Later, I received a notification stating that the parcel would be delivered to a pickup point at, and that I would receive a confirmation message before collecting it. However, I have not received any such message.

Instead, the online tracking information now indicates that the parcel is being held at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, where it has been for over a week. I have contacted FedEx multiple times by phone to try and resolve this, but despite my efforts, the parcel has still not been delivered. My package continues to be marked as “out for delivery” each day—only for the delivery to not occur by the end of the day. This pattern has repeated daily without resolution. All the conversations with representatives via phone have not changed the situation.

Extremely poor service

Extremely poor service. A pick-up appointment was scheduled three times (!) and not once did anyone show up. I stayed home for nothing on all three occasions, even though I had other appointments planned. When I call customer service, I'm left waiting on hold for ages.

The closest thing to organized crime I've ever come across. Got an invoice for import tax... paid promptly. Then they did not want to delver in my mailbox. No where anywhere does it state that they need my signature. Why then not deliver it? Probably to extort me. So Then they sent me another invoice for an advance commission. Wait what?

They are not even worth for 1 star

They are not even worth for 1 star. Since Thursday I am waiting for my parcel.

For Thursday they were gonna deliver my parcel until 2:30 pm but they didn’t then they updated the time for that day and I had to wait till 10 pm and of course they didn’t come and we couldn’t go to the municipality, who they are only open till 8 pm for the Thursday’s. Since my boyfriend working on weekdays we had to postponed for this Thursday.

They didn’t even try for Friday, I waited till noon for the expected delivery time. I got an email afternoon says expected delivery on Monday till 10pm.

On Monday I waited till 7pm, after they updated says we will deliver your parcel on Tuesday. So I canceled my plans for today because it’s an important parcel!

And today at 7:32 AM I got an another email, it’s says delivery on Wednesday. Since I am working on the weekends I have things to do on weekdays! And now I have to cancel my plans on tomorrow as well!

Are they kidding with me!!

We have jobs to do as well! It is unacceptable for them to lock me up in the house all day like this!

I am complaining to whoever is responsible for this situation.

No delivery after a week of "attempts"

Fedex does a great job at not delivering your package. even after calling them 3 times, being promised that its going to get delivered the upcoming day, nothing happened.

oh, you want the package to bve delivered to a pickup point? that will be 3-5 days. do you want to pick it up at sorting facility? guess what - thats not possible.

the only thing they are good at is telling you that they will have to send the parcel back and charging you import duties.
