Hours upon hours on the phone trying to get in contact with customer service only to be disconnected so I can dial up again.

Package was asked to be dilereved on thursday 21. Tueday I get a message the package is enroute even though I asked for it two days later. As such nobody is home but I do have a movement triggered video camera at my doorstep which hasent been triggered. Apparently FEDEX gave the pacakge over to a third party currier who claims they either dilereved or tried to depending on what customer agent I talk to but they did neither. Now FEDX cant figure out what third party currier they used or where the package is.
This is the third time in less than 4 months that you have lost my incoming parcels.. How ???? how the actual **** can you keep loosing parcels again and again ??

Absolutely useless company
This is my most recent experience with FedEx, when ordering a package from the US to Denmark.
Delivery scheduled to the 20th, so I coordinate a day home from work to receive the package. On the morning of the 19th they change deliverytime to the 19th (same day). I make a few calls and have attendance at home arranged to receive the package. No delivery shows up, and the timeline on the tracking link is pushed and pushed, untill 20:00 where the package is then registered back in the FedEx facility. I then the next day expect to receive the package, but at 10:00 am I receive what I later find out is a delayed message about an "attempt to deliver" from the previous day.
This is when I then call FedEx, and after waiting for 45 minutes in the queue, they apologize for their driver not actually attempting to deliver the package (this happens very often in Denmark). However due to the delay of the message and my chance to reschedule, they would not be able to deliver on the 20th either. So we make an arrangement for the package to be delivered to my office the next day before 16.00.
It's now the 21st, and after the tracking link not being updated throughout the day, and the clock closing in on 16.00, I make another call to FedEx. Turns out the package has not left the building, and they are unable to make the delivery yet again.
I cannot describe how tired I am of delivery companies like FedEx. It's not even a matter of tempo, it's a matter of being completely unable to do the one thing they are here for: Delivering packages at an arranged date and time, rendering them completely useless. They mess up, lie, and mess up more, and you end up having to go through several phonecalls and rearrangements, just to receive a package. How is this so damn difficult to deliver on in 2022?
Avoid FedEx at all cost, and use one of the plenty other companies to handle your deliveries.

I would give zero is possible for this crap company. A package with ice which was supposed to be delivered in one day now after 10 days still is in the fedex warehouse and nobody is responsible and you can not do anything!

As others here, FedEx claimed that I was not home when they attempted to deliver my parcel, but I was home each time. Even after specifically coordinating a delivery window. Customer service has been unhelpful, with different employees giving differing answers to the same questions. Only after contacting customer service several times was I told that I have to pick up my parcel in person at their facility in Kastrup.

Received an incorrect customs declaration from them, so I tried to contact them and they wanted to charge me 650DKK just to look into it. What a scam company! They will deliver your item first so you are either locked between paying for their overpriced and faulty custom notes or paying late fee's since you cannot reject the damn package anymore. Caught between two companies mistakes and Fedex just tries to cash in on it.

Ekstra VAT and administration fee has been added by FedEx company. EBAY gave me refund for double VAT. So now I have a negative balance at 180 DKK FedEx administration fee.

How can you state that you have tried to deliver my package when I've been home all morning? You are wasting time for both you and I. I spoke to their customer service and I was told that their policy is that if they have tried to deliver the same package twice unsucessfully, you will have to go to their physical location yourself and get the package. That's just unbelievable. There's absolutely no guarantee of whether you get your package or not. Be hopeful that the driver is in a good mood and ahead of schedule. Otherwise you probably won't.

I ordered a package from the US. Have to pay customs, which is okay. However the sender forgot to put postage on the taxation slip, and then Fedex used a standard rate of about 155$, which is then taxated. I can't accept that and contact customer service, which is very difficult to get a hold on by the way. They ask me to send documentation to their customs department, which I do and they promise to put the payment on hold until everything is cleared. Five months have passed, I've received two notices to pay, and when I try to contact customer service, they keep stating that the payment is on hold and they are working on it. It's the worst experience I've had by far.

FedEx can apparently send you an extra bill for a service you have never given your consent to pay them to perform.
Before I was informed that my package was send from China and that FedEx was used as a Carrier and had accepted that they should handle the customs, FedEx performed this service without my prior knowledge and consent, and charged me an amount that they alone had defined for it.
Upon complaining about their unapproved actions, I was just told that I had accepted the sellers terms and conditions. That answer was given without any documentation from FedEx to prove its correctness, eventhough I specifically asked for documentation of WHEN I had agreed that they were allowed to charge me for the service. I have never gotten any information that FedEx would used as provider or that the package would be send from China prior to ordering it. Hence I have never accepted that FedEx could charge me, nor had I had a chance to see what amount I was expected to pay them. That was solely something FedEx assumes to be the case; it has no connection to what has actually happened in the real world!
FedEx just send a bill and demanded that I pay for a service they had performed -that was the first thing I ever heard of the issue. I was never given the option of finding another carrier with a more reasonable pricing, nor did I know what the final cost of getting this cheap item delivered would be, so I could have chosen not to get it.
Furthermore, eventhough I wrote to the national department in the language spoken in this country (Danish) I was given an answer in Swedish. You would think that a big international company as a minimum would offer the service of answering their customers in the same language as they are contacted in. Cutting corners and putting the effort of dealing with the language barrier on the customer is a bad practice, that signals that you really do not care much about handling complains and hire well qualified personel for the task.
