Excellent customer service - they need it

Excellent customer service - and they need it! Since nothing else works.

Tried to arrange a shipment from Portugal to Denmark - on the website I got a price, all good. However, for whatever reason, it was not possible to book the shipment without an account (CS really did their best). So I opened an account (also not possible without the support of CS who broke a few rules to make it work). And finally, I could book the shipment, but am now being charged twice the amount that was confirmed earlier. Fedex website states that with an account you can save up to 40% - not necessary for me, but I do not expect to pay more than if I shipped without an account. CS confirms the validity of the correspondence but is let down by Accounts - who guarantees response within 10 days - which CS and I have now tried 3 times (30 days), and still no response.

Customs which should be paid back by Fedex

We bought jewelry online which shipped from USA. We needed a return as the size was not suitable. It has been several months that we have been waiting for the return of our customs which should be done by Fedex. We have emailed and called them but they have not done it yet after almost 7 months!

Impossible to get in contact with…

Impossible to get in contact with Customer Service.

I have paid too much in customs duty, and The Danish Customs Agency tells me that it is FedEx that must pay it back to me.

Only possible way to contact FedEx for such matters seems to be the chat function on their website. When chatting to somebody on their website the only help I can get is that I should write an email to FedEx (cphgts at fedex.com). The big problem is that FedEx is not responding at all to my emails! So there is no way to proceed with the matter. I'm basically just being ignored!

Failing at their ONE job. Delivery.

Bought some parts from iFixit, a great site which I used when I lived in the UK, but in Denmark they use FedEx for delivery….
Been over a month, item says it’s been attempted delivery 4 times yet I have never seen a card left, heard the door bell ring, or had a message about a missed delivery.
There is ZERO information about when it will be delivered, no options to have it delivered somewhere as a pickup point and no support.
Are as useless as UPS, must be something with American delivery companies. avoid at all costs, and buy from places that use PostNord, DPD, GLS or DHL, all of these are much better.
Don’t waste you’re time and money.

Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service.
Failed to deliver, did not tell us (no email, no SMS, no phone call, no letter) and nothing on their tracking site about us needing to arrange redelivery, then got a surly agent on chat who blamed us for not doing things we had no idea we had to do!
My daughter did not get her birthday present for a month.
FedEx are the worst.

Worst delivery service in Denmark

Worst delivery service in Denmark and absolutely no customer service other than a damn answering machine. They always come when you're not home, so you're told to contact them and arrange a new delivery time. Except that is an impossible task because to do that you need a FedEx account, to create an account you need to give them your credit card info and pay 5kr for the registration, and guess what?! The system still fails and doesnt work in creating your account. So your options are: 1) Spending your entire day trying to create an account on a website that bugs with every new click, OR 2) Wait weeks if not months for the magical moment when they decide to come by your house when you're also at home. Good luck.

Should have received my package the 4th…

Should have received my package the 4th July. It is now the 20th and still no package. I have had several messages saying that it is out for delivery but it is yet to be delivered. I have spoken with customer service twice which hasn’t amounted to any help. It also took a ridiculous amount of time to get through to an actual human as the little robot voice was completely useless. Starting to consider if I should should make the hour long journey to their warehouse. That may well be the only way I will get my package! Will certainly be avoiding FedEx in the future

Ordred express parcel from Asia to Greenland, even paid extra for fast shipping. Package went from Asia to Copenhagen within 24 hours, Now its gone missing for 10 days in Copenhagen and FedEx only let me talt to ther Robot in the phone, who conveniently dont understand my saying when i want to talt to á real human... In tracking it has been saying for 10 days now "Delayed"

Misleading Delivery Status and Poor Communication from FedEx

I recently experienced a highly frustrating and disappointing situation with FedEx regarding a time-sensitive package delivery. The communication, or lack thereof, from FedEx was inadequate, and the delivery status I received was misleading.

The only status update I received was that my package had been "delivered" to a person whose name did not correspond to mine, the intended recipient. This caused significant confusion and concern, as I was left unsure of the whereabouts of my package and whether it would ever reach me.

When I tried to contact FedEx customer support for clarification, I found their phone support to be extremely limited, as it is an automated voice service focused solely on tracking. The chat support option was difficult to locate on their website, and when I finally reached a representative, they were unhelpful in providing the information I needed. I requested some form of communication or documentation to keep track of the issue, but the support representative responded as if I was asking for private internal messages.

As a globally recognized company, FedEx should prioritize customer satisfaction and efficient communication. The misleading delivery status update, coupled with the unhelpful customer service, has left me extremely disappointed in FedEx. I hope they take the necessary steps to improve their services in the future, so others do not have to face similar issues.

Worst service

Worst service I always have a problem with them .. they never deliver your order within the time frame it’s always delayed and you can’t reach someone to ask for help my order is pending for 2 days and I don’t know why the automated machine is asking me what’s my account number which I don’t know and I tried to search for it I couldn’t get it and I tried to open an account and after searching for how to do it .. I couldn’t find it also and whenever you try to find something it says if you need help contact customer service.. where is the customer service and how to reach them nobody is going to help you in fedex so you need to be patient and just wait 🤦🏻‍♀️and while I was typing this review i received a text that my shipment has arrived from fedex by DAO

Absurd this company exist

Getting text message that my parcel will be delivered yesterday, it wasn't! No update on the tracking page. Tried to call Fedex on the phonenumber supplied and there was just a loud scratching noice. Had bad ecmxperiences years with Fedex, apparently nothing has changed.
