We have used Feather and Grey on a few occasions now and have been very pleased with their service. Mark has always come promptly to measure and advise and their range of materials is extensive and of high quality. They are also very competitively priced.

The fitting has always been highly efficient with minimal disruption and the finished blinds/ curtains look amazing. Feather and Grey give a fantastic service.

Mark delivered excellent customer service and is very knowledgeable about all products available and therefore able to advise accordingly. The price was extremely competitive and offering complimentary temporary blinds to allow for privacy while our shutters were being made showed a real understanding of customer needs.

A pleasure to have Feather & Grey back to install blinds in my new property. Previously I've had Feather & Grey do shutters and curtains.... When I moved I knew exactly who to turn to.

A seamless journey from booking me in to the flawless installation. The Feather & Grey team communicated continually throughout and I always felt informed.

Mark arrived on the day he said he would and I was overwhelmed with how good the blinds looked. We opted for blackout as my son naps once a day and wanted to get rid of the tommy tippie stick on. We decided to go for electric as any parent will know doing anything with one hand isn't as easy. Well with a touch of the remote the blind lowers and is ready for him to sleep. When he wakes he loves pressing the up button himself and watching them rise.

After the install Mark asked if he could take some photos for social media. I was really pleased he asked as I knew how proud he was of the install and that it was good enough for him to showcase it on his website. I asked for a copy so I can show my friends!

Once again another good install and can't want to discuss shutters when ready

More than 6 months after placing order, we still do not have our bedroom curtains. Repeated excuses and now will not respond.
We also had to stop videos being taken in our house.
Not recommended. Totally unreliable.

I am in love with my new shutters! I had shutters put in all of the windows at the front of my house including a large square bay window and they look amazing both inside and outside!

When initially looking at companies Mark was great at advising me of my options (who knew there were so many) and he helped me pick the perfect shutters for my new house. The communication was great giving me updates on once the shutters had been manufactured and when they would be ready to install. On installation Mark was personable and professional and he left my house spotless.

We're really pleased with our new tier on tier shutters! Mark came up with a tri-fold design that was perfect for our large windows and wasn't offered by the other 3 companies who quoted. They were also perfectly fitted and we're very happy with the quality, including the hidden hinges and hidden mechanism we wanted. All for a competitive price.

Fantastic new shutters, they finish off my lounge perfectly! I had 3 people come and quote and went with Mark because of the time he spent explaining everything and showing me all of the different options I could have and he was the cheapest by a long way!
