Very poor, no, No Customer Service and reatsurant list is not current.

1. I went to my account and ordered b ar b que for delivery from the favordelivery site.
2. A 'runner' was assigned and the count down tracking clock started.
3. With 15 minutes left until scheduled delivery a new 'runner' was assigned and the clock reset to 35 minutes.
4. I texted Dexter, my new 'runner' to learn where he was and he replied on his way to the restaurant.
5. At the 10 minute mark Dexter texted me back and said he could not find the restaurant. The restaurant has changes names and menus and the items I ordered were not available at this replacement one.
6. I went to the favor delivery website looking for help. The only number that they display for help was called and I received a message that the number only takes text messages.
7. I tried to send a text to the number (5 times) and the text would not go through. There is no way to contact anyone at favor delivery for customer service.
I suspect this business will not be around long unless they model their customer service like instacart, grubhub, amazon, ubereats and the others. This group is a disgrace to the on-line services industry.

2nd attempt to get whataburger…

2nd attempt to get whataburger delivery. This order cost me close to $20. For a #1. Hamburger fries drink. Order placed at 9:33pm. It's 12:12am. Still waiting on food. Receipt shows name and phone # of driver. However, voice-mail indicates different name and sounds as if maybe it's a younger person. Still waiting.... no way to contact Favor delivery this late. Still waiting.... hungry. Been craving whataburger all day. 2nd, failed, debugger attempt. Around $38 between 2 defined orders placed. I'm hurt, desire, and hungry. Waiting. Hungry.

I ordered a 25$ plate and used this app…

I ordered a 25$ plate and used this app for some reason. Then once my credit card went thru they charged me 53$!!!! I could have went down the road to McDonald's and got a 5$ meal!!! I wouldn't recommend this app!!!!!! I WILL NEVER USE THIS APP AGAIN

Favor corporate is not transparent with their fees and have an unfair amount set for tips. Customers should be able to click tip amount.
Favor pay your own bills out of your profits. Stop the BS

Ordered food from VelvetTaco and did…

Ordered food from VelvetTaco and did not know who was delivering. Never received our food. Called Velvet taco and was told we would receive a refund from Favor. Still waiting and after reading reviews I now realize that we probably won’t. What a terrible delivery company and can’t believe that H‑E‑B uses them as they are awful!

Wish I could give zero stars

Wish I could give zero stars. HORRIBLE delivery service. I rarely ever leave bad reviews but this one was necessary. first, the reason why I downloaded favor is because they had a promo for a free Starbucks coffee. I ordered the coffee, it was completely free, yet they put a $50 hold on my card? What was the point in doing that. They don’t mention it when you’re checking out.
Then they gave me a $15 off promo. But when I went to use it later on, it had turned into a $10 promo instead? I ordered something for 7.99 from taco cabana. With the $10 off, my total came out to $1.39. That was yesterday. Today, I noticed they took $8 off of my card. I emailed them about it, and they’re saying it’s the service fee and tip. Why in the world would you not say that UP FRONT when I’m CHECKING OUT? If my TOTAL says $1.39 then that needs to be my TOTAL.
Crappy, unprofessional company.

It charges a preauthorization charge in case the tip you place goes over a credit. This preauth charge is our standard charge, even with a coupon. Hopefully this helps!

Update SCAM OVERCHARGE

SCAM I looked at my card and it was charged for $78.82 almost $80dollars for 1lg pizza and a soda. WHAT?? They do not post the the price upfront. It said no delivery fee. That’s because the price changes they charged a beverage tax and a food tax. A service fee. We tipped our runner cash but it did not give us the option to delete the tip. They force the charges on you. They keep the funds on hold. Final price $53.91. We could have went to the store bought steaks, wine, salad and still had money left over. RIP OFF NEVER AGAIN.

UPDATE: No you did not post any estimated charges on the total. The delivery was supposed to be free and we choose to give a cash 💰 tip to our driver which you all automatically took. I have the proof from my bank. The $78.91 was on hold for 7 DAYS not 90 minutes. So much for customer support or service. I stand with my original review.

Don't use favor, SCAM.

Every single time, I've been overcharged when placing an order. They have menu prices that change and become higher upon payment within the app. For instance, if a menu price for an item is $13.99 shown in the app, and you go to checkout everything is ok. But then upon payment I get charged $23.00 for the same item PLUS $3 service fees PLUS $6 deliver fees PLUS tips (minimum $2.00) and end up paying a whopping #$34 dollars. Talk about overcharging and not clearly giving the final payment total 'upfront'. And I tried contacting customer service and all they could do is send back $2 in credit TO USE ON MY NEXT ORDER (WHICH IF I USE IN THE FUTURE WILL PROBABLY OVERCHARGE ME AGAIN REPEATING THE SAME CYCLE), and not even send back to my credit card. After I explained the price discrepencies to a customer service rep, they just thanked me for my time and ghosted me. NEVER USE FAVOR, THEY WILL LITERALLY SCAM YOU.

Very unprofessional company a runner…

Very unprofessional company a runner that was assigned to me took a bite out of my food that I ordered and delivered like nothing never happened. And messed with safety seal on order.

Crooks

I had absolutely no problem with the delivery driver. What they don't make clear to you is they charge you an additional $50 out of your bank account without consulting you first. This is complete false advertisement and lies through the corporate side of it. I will never use favor again and I will tell everyone I come across that they are crooks.

Favor releases those charges back to your account 90 minutes after you place the order. Some preauthorizations return immediately, some take several business days but we dont have any control beyond the 90 minute release. Let me list the reasons NOT to use…

Let me list the reasons NOT to use Favor.
Double charge of item orders placed as "Hold"
Assign runner that is NOT your runner
Order for your food never placed with restaurant
Text from favor support saying all is well - meanwhile, an hour later - still no food.
No telephone number that gives you a person.
If there was a negative emoticon available, I would most definitely be using it.

My husband and I ordered two taco…

My husband and I ordered two taco plates. For some reason they added two more taco plates to our order, then proceeded to tell me that I needed to make sure my order was correct. Next time favor sucks they also tried to charge us for the extra plates that we did not order

These people are criminals

These people are criminals. They over charge your credit card and the orders are always wrong or messed up. They once took $50 from my account after I ordered a $4 sandwich from Subway. Do not order from Favor.

I recently purchased individually 31…

I recently purchased individually 31 pound bags of Madelyn chocolate. I did not receive 31 pound bag of Madelyn chocolate. I received less than a pound of Thompson chocolate one of the three selections. I received a plastic bag that looks like a bunch of melted chocolate, which was leaking all over the FedEx packaging. I did not receive 1 pound for each of the other two Madelyn chocolate requests.

Anything you save on chocolate will be paid back with the exorbitant shipping fee.

This is a scam. Buyer beware !!!

runner never showed up

runner never showed up, even when the tracker was saying 0 minutes away (i wait over 40 minutes) i end up going to the store myself...the support only justify and lie. I disputed the charge and cancel my favor account.

Order was incorrect

Order was incorrect. Favor offered an 81cent credit (when I was Not supposed be up charged anyway). What's the point of ordering if you're not going to get the correct item and they say there is nothing they will do. Eg send correct order or refund the the full cost of the entree. I have used favor for over a year and order minimum 1x week. But in July / Aug when I was sick I ordered almost every night. If they don't value the customer, I won't be one. I removed the app from my phone and sent them the screenshot before and after the removal.

They mistake had me pay instead of them honoring the prices that had on app

Bogus misleading misinformation no integrity I was over charged n they only explanation is they app isn't updated yet the mistake is on me to pay for I text they hot line n feel I'm being insulted by ppl who would be upset too n would feel that if your app it's up to date with correct prices how is it my fault I will not be ordering online anymore will any app I email I screen shot it they still have no regard as today trust isn't heard of I convinced to not ever give any since it doesn't exist with my food I have been overcharged n it feel like theft

FAVOR IS TRASH

I spent time getting my order together and when I went to pay them, it said $41. As soon as I hit "place order", it went to $53 with no explanation and I'm still getting the run around from customer service 4 days later. I was switched to four different drivers. Favor is trash.
