The quality of the sandals I purchased was nothing like the photo advertisement. Very dissapointed. I have learned my lesson and will never purchase shoes online again, especially from Weber. What a sad world we have become that a company would stoop to such levels to make money.

If you want to waste your time and money, order from this company. Better yet, take the money, add for shipping and open your trash can and deposit it there. Shoes are absolute plastic trash. I ordered, received shoes 5 sizes smaller that were of the poorest quality. Certainly not the “leather” promoted.

I usually research an item before I buy but this time I did not. The sneakers are disgusting. Look nothing like the picture on Pinterest. Shame on Pinterest for allowing a scam on their site. DO NOT BUY THESE SNEAKERS. They are just crap. I will be taking mine to Goodwill.

This place is a rip off the shoes I got were the wrong color for both pair and they are ugly they don't look anything like the way they look when you order. Whatever you do don't order from this place! They also do not give you your money back at all.

This company is 100% a scam. Their products that they send to you look nothing like the images they show. They won't offer refunds or returns so DO NOT order from them.

ZERO. If I could. This place is a complete SCAM!! Do not order from them. I have reported them as well. Thank God my bank showed this as fraud and covered the charges. They stole pictures from another site for the shoes. DO NOT ORDER!

My wife ordered a pair of sandals. The sandal has a slight heal with a buckle behind the heal described as:
x1 Orthopedic Leather Gladiator Sandals - Cross-Strap Ankle Buckle Brown / 4. The cost was $59. The package came with a flat sandal that has a zipper in the heal and several buckles. The sandals they sent are not available on their website so I cannot tell you how it was described. It is clearly the wrong sandal. Their policy states that if they send the wrong item, they will send the correct product at no additional cost. They refuse to do so. Instead, they offered 30% off as a refund and they would not send the correct sandal. We would end up be stuck with a $42 pair of sandals my wife would never wear. I offered to send them back at my cost as long as she could pick a pair she would be willing to wear. They still refuse.

Be aware. If they do not have your shoe, they may replace it with one of their choosing and refuse to correct their mistake. Their customer service is automated so I have sent 14 emails to get a response that indicates it is not their policy to take returns.

COMPLETE SCAM!!! DO NO ORDER HERE!!

Buyers beware! The shoes on the site look nice but are crap when they are delivered. I was so disappointed in the quality a d when I reached out I was told all sales are final. What a joke.

Weber orthopedic……Very poor construction even thought they called themselves ORTHOPEDIC! ….the material is all plastic! The shoes were presented as Suede but when it arrived after many emails back and forth , it was a SCAM! The shoes are all plastic!
I paid $70 for plastic!

I ordered shoes from this company. They arrived in a plastic package like you see when you order directly from China. No labeling, size info, nothing. Extremely poor quality and fit. When I wrote to return they say they don't accept returns even though the Website says they do. They deny that. DO NOT ORDER HERE. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I ordered shoes February 14 and was billed but has not received the shoes, no tracking information, nothing indicating they have shipped. I wouldn’t give it any stars but had to in order to go forward. This company is a scam.

This company has only a web site, not an address. Yet, they show processes of how carefully they are making shoes. Beware of ordering from them, I was charged by a company in Hong Kong on my credit card and am disputing the charge. I did not receive shoes.
