If garbage was a company

This used to be a legitimate delivery service. It’s now a total scam. If you try to order something, you will wait hours for it to get assigned to a driver.

The “support” team will ignore your cancellation requests and instead try to send out mass messages to try to find a “runner”. The refuse to let you cancel anything, even if they can’t find a runner. It’s the worst app, service, and quite frankly ran by utter morons.

Definitely check your charges

Definitely check your charges . They are dishonest.. they overcharged me $12 it may not seem like alot, but it is the principle of the matter. The first person I chatted with was like oh, well that's the charges and ended the chat . But your math ain't mathing?? I tried again and broke down the charges. They're like oh. OK we refunded you. Hopefully they make right by it . But I would say not trust worthy. I wonder how many people they get by not paying attention to charges. And their service is far slower than others . Honestly disappointing considering they are owned by HEB. I love HEB

Don't bother with this service, they have very poor customer service.

I placed and order that was not picked up for more than an hour. Food was ruined. The driver contacted me twice in Spanish which I do not speak. I contacted customer service three times and they didn't care. I cancelled my subscription. I wanted a refund but no such luck. This service is a joke. No delivery fee is called a service fee. I will never give them my business again.

Just can't get the right addresd

I have had a lot of bad experiences with this company. There was a special request to knock in my door when delivering groceries. Never not even once did they do it. This is important because I am residing at a motel at this time. Leaving food in front of my door for more than about 5 minutes someone will steal them. Worse than that 2 times they left them at the wrong door upstairs I am downstairs. It took me 3 trips up an down to get all the food. The driver unable to communicate. They ask for a $7.00 tip. I don't think so. Need to get the right address first. The stores using them need to think about their customers and they are putting through.

Don't watch this hand, watch this one

Favor promotes their "No Delivery Fee," however this is a bait and switch tactic! They simply re-title it to "Service Fee" at $6.95. That doesn't include the driver's tip. And when you order through favor, the menu prices are more expensive than if you're able to go pick it up yourself. Do yourself a favor... DON'T use Favor!

Customer service is horrible they constantly send you threats to deactivate your account for things you didn't do. If you havr an issue nobody there communicates and you get told one thing then get flagged for doing it that its a violation. The reps are completely useless and airhead. I will be filing a class A lawsuit as they have gone down the theft and deception road like doorsash

The delivery app shows a QR code that is very confusing and causes a lot of issues at check out, also it needs to show the item pictures at check out window and HEB needs to give us a receipt to verify all of our groceries and the app a million times better each and every time.

Ordered Bush’s Chicken through Favor…

Ordered Bush’s Chicken through Favor for my elderly mother. The total at checkout was $54.08 for a 4-piece tender meal, a 12-piece liver meal, and a 12-piece gizzard meal.

The Favor driver later said the restaurant didn’t have the 12-piece meals available. Instead of contacting us to approve a change, the order was modified without our knowledge and charged à la carte pricing.

The strange part is we still received 12 pieces of liver and 12 pieces of gizzards plus all the sides that normally come with the meals. The only real difference was the price.

Because of this change, the total jumped to over $72 without any notice or approval.

For someone without unlimited funds — especially when ordering for an elderly parent — an unexpected price increase like that is significant. Customers should be notified and given the choice to approve a price change or cancel the order before it’s completed, not find out after the fact that the total is much higher than what they agreed to pay.

I am a driver for Favor

I am a driver for Favor, 2yrs+. Favor has recently made Favor a shop and delivery app. I used to be able to pick up orders and deliver, now Favor wants me to shop it also, for the same amount of money. Which is not much at all. I guarantee the quality of Favor is going to get worse. So when you experience a bad delivery, put the blame on Favor, not the good drivers they are running off, so they can keep drivers who will work for peanuts. I have always believed, you get what you pay for. Also remember that the Favor driver only get a $2 base pay plus customer tip. So, I shall end with this, I use to be a Favor driver.

Unauthorized charges-Fraud

I have never heard of this company yet there were charges on my card. There is no number to call that will allow you to speak to someone. My card company said it was a recurring charge that began in February 2026, so they will stop payment and dispute the unauthorized charges. I live 35 miles from the nearest town, I'm retired living on a fixed income, and barely afford groceries much less delivery. Stopping frauding my card.

Another Bad Experience With Favor!

Decided to give Favor another try, after several instances of bad service. Ordered around 8 pm. Delivery person named Aaron accepted the delivery and then never went and picked it up. At 8 pm the restaurant closed. Never, ever again!

I Received an order that had my address on the order. They deleted the order with the customers name who placed the order. Luckily I caught the deliver man and let him know I didn’t order any groceries at 8pm. I am guessing the order was estimated $50-$60.00. I refused the order.

If I can give them a half star I would!

If I can give them a half star, I would. It takes a lot for me to write a review about a company. I have been emailing these people sent December 2025. I order a card for $4 mind you, to be a favor delivery driver and never received the card in the mail. Talked to a couple workers there through email, and none of you can just send me out a card?? What’s the hold up?? I would not want to work for a company that’s so darn hard to get help from.

❌ NEGATIVE ZERO STARS

❌ NEGATIVE ZERO STARS — DO NOT USE FAVOR

This was an absolutely unacceptable and incompetent experience. If negative stars were possible, Favor would earn them.

This was my first time ever using Favor, and it will absolutely be my last.

I ordered bottled water through HEB. The first driver informed me the items were unavailable, and I clearly told her to cancel the order since I did not want substitutions. That instruction was ignored.

About 10 minutes later, another driver named Tom picked up the order anyway and purchased items I did not select, approve, or authorize. I never requested substitutions. Favor made that decision on their own, which is completely inappropriate.

The situation escalated further when the driver marked the order as delivered, yet nothing was delivered to my address or doorstep. I received absolutely nothing. Marking an order as delivered when it was not is either gross negligence or outright dishonesty.

Customer support was equally useless. It took approximately 20 minutes just to reach someone via chat. The representative (possibly named Diane) repeatedly asked questions that were already answered in the chat history. When I did not respond immediately to one message, she terminated the chat without resolving the issue. That is beyond unprofessional.

This entire experience reflects poor training, lack of accountability, and complete disregard for the customer. Items were substituted without consent, an order was falsely marked as delivered, and customer service failed at the most basic level.

Even though the order was placed through HEB, Favor is the weak link. Do yourself a favor and do not use Favor for anything. This experience was a complete failure from start to finish.

My orders are always delivered to the wrong address, even though they have the correct address on file. Favors solution after they've delivered the order to the wrong address, your food arrived cold., not to mention the order is wrong, and Favors only options are to wrong cancel the cold and wrong order free of charge, offer you a $6.00 credit, tell you to place new order, and send you to bed hungry. Crazy work.

Verbally Threatened by a Favor Runner

I have been an excellent customer of the favor app. I’m also a very good tipper. Until today. I ordered breakfast tacos from Bill Miller BBQ for my 4 year old granddaughter & I at 10:00am. The app said 35-45 minutes for delivery. The order went as usual until the app stayed on “Almost there” for 30 mins after the scheduled delivery time. I reached out to the runner but got no response. Twice. At this time it’s 12:00pm. Long story short…the runner finally arrives. Then will not give me my food because she said my order had been cancelled. I told the young lady (and I use the term “lady” loosely !)I did not cancel & wanted my food I had been waiting 2 1/2 hours for. She said “no!” I threatened to call favor on her at which point she told me she wouldn’t leave the order to some “ratchet, white woman Hoe B*tch!” In front on my 4 year old granddaughter & my neighbor. I then told her if she didn’t leave my property I was calling the police. At which point she told me to call them because she was going to “beat my white ass”. My granddaughter starts crying, my dog runs out of the house. It was mayhem! I’ve never in my entire life experienced anything like this. Favors response was to refund my meal & give me a $6.00 credit on my next delivery. Guess what Favor…..There won’t be any future deliveries. Your CANCELLED 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
