Never Recieved the Product
Hard for me to rate the product, since I never received it. After two entire weeks of trying to work with their customer service and FedEx express, my package was never delivered. FedEx seldom delivers in my area, this was a small package and I think it was just lost in their system. To credit Fashion Eyewear, their customer serivice did place a request to have it returned to them, and after 4 or 5 days of not hearing any updates from FedEx, they refunded me in full. Overall a miserable experience for me, but I don't view that as Fashion Eyewears issue. They did the best they could do. Unfortunatelyu, after that experience I moved on to a different company to service my eyewear needs.

What a great company!
What a great company!! Purchased a pair of designer glasses for my husband for a 50th birthday present. The price was almost half the price of the stores. My husband likes a light tint on his lenses. The glasses showed up in approximately 10 days after ordering. The looked great but unfortunately I purchased too light of a tint. It was 100% my fault. I contacted them and they sent out replacement lenses in a darker tint for free!! I was shocked when they offered that. I was just asking what it would cost to get new lenses and they offered them free. They respond to emails and questions pretty promptly considering we are in very different time zones (Canada/UK). Great company with great products!! Will definitely order again!

I would not choose to buy my glasses anywhere else.
I only order my glasses from Fashion Eyewear because I find their pricing for designer frames to be very reasonable and often better than many high street alternatives.
The processing time is not ideal, and I do not always feel particularly well informed about the progress of my order, so communication is an area that could definitely be improved.
That said, despite the slower processing and limited updates, I have always received what I ordered and I continue to come back. The value for money is excellent, the range of designer glasses is impressive, and overall I trust them enough that I would not choose to buy my glasses anywhere else.

Is it worth the wait?
I ordered prescription Chanel glasses in December 2025 of which was only fulfilled in February.
The glasses & lenses were great & I could once again read clearly…..
Not for long though unfortunately, went to put glasses on (July) & one of the arms fell off!
It’s an absolute nightmare trying to get sorted out.
No one answers the phone.
Live chat told me to take them to an optician for them to put a screw in (smh) when I asked ‘who would stand to charge’ they told me to return them & sent me a link for return label; Needing to input all sorts of codes only available through ‘FE’. Could take up to 7 days for return & then they may not be able to repair them!
Asked to speak to a manager as the glasses were still under warranty, manager’s response was very delayed, needed to send many images including bar code, serial number etc….
No response….
Chased it up & they’ve instigated a warranty claim which could take up to 7 days for a decision!
So just left waiting, all the while with no glasses & can hardly read while being £350 down!!

My experience with Fashion Eyewear has been excellent. After an issue with the delivery company — which I discussed with Harlie from Fashion Eyewear — everything was resolved promptly. They arranged a different courier with guaranteed next‑day 1am delivery, and the whole process was smooth and without any further problems.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish, including post-sale/delivery service. Staff were all extremely kind, caring professional, and responsive every step of the way.
