Their customer service team is 10/10! They respond so quickly and are very helpful and attentive. I had to send my ring back for resizing as it was a bit big (my own fault), and they were very proactive in helping me sort it out. The ring I received is so beautiful, I’m in love. I will definitely purchase here again and highly recommend them!

My ring arrived on time for my birthday, and the whole process was very quick and smooth. I’m happy with the quality and the design.
The price was also very competitive compared to others, especially considering how ridiculously overpriced lab-grown diamonds and moissanite can be elsewhere. I would definitely recommend this jeweller xx

The updates and the time frames were well ahead of schedule. I received my items beautifully packaged with instructions of care. The first day I wore my ring, I had 4 people comment on the beauty sparkle and craftsmanship. The after care service has also been outstanding with help about sizing. I can’t speak highly enough of this company and their products. The stones are stunning and colourless with fire and sparkle.
