Long Time from order to delivery
From order to delivery, 16 days passed. I had to ask falanparts twice until the shipment was transported from Netherlands to Germany. The products are great and so, as described.

Long delivery without any information from the company
Not happy that I need to chase the order and that it takes almost 5 month to receive the ordered items.
No information given by the company in regards to any delay without chasing answer on the chat. Later no answer was given on the chat and had to contact the company via WhatsApp to get the order shipped.

I received everything that I have ordered. The price of the parts was very good in compariason with other webshops. I have a problem with the delivery, which took 21 days. The parcel was lost by DPD.
