The people are always kind but desperate…

The delivery time was really bad for me.
Beside the fact that you have to pay for everything like transport, payment system… at the end the product is not anymore reasonable priced and the performance is (even your are charged) really bad!!!

The delivery time for transportation (in my choice initially UPS) was unreasonable for year 2024!!!. They ignored my UPS wish and I got DPD as forwarder and after 10 days (6 working) days I got finally my ordered products!!!!
From my view it is obvious if a person selects & pays 10 bucks for UPS that he wants it quick.
Again no responsibility and they put the shame on DPD, even it was their choice.
So my recommendation is not to use Falan ….

We are sorry to see your bad experience with us. We wish you had received your order faster. However, we must follow investigation processes when a package is delayed. In your case, it took a bit longer than usual. Yet again, DPD solved it. That proved why we must follow their processes.

As for your claims, you do not pay for the payment system; we pay for that!

Paying a shipping fee is normal for small orders like yours. Even with paying the shipping fee, your order was still cheaper than our colleague companies'. So, we are not sure how you came up with this, as we always try to keep a close eye on this!

We know that UPS was your choice. However, UPS is not available at Falan Parts anymore (they underperformed too much in the past). Sadly you could still select this due to a mistake on our side, so we informed you about this and refunded you the difference for shipping it with DPD instead.

DPD and UPS have the exact same delivery promise in terms of days, so that is why we chose DPD in your case.

As for taking responsibility. We did take responsibility by starting an investigation with DPD as soon as you contacted us about the shipment being delayed. Two days later, you received your package.

Sadly you did not want the parts anymore and returned them to us with a free return label.

We hope that you were still able to find the parts elsewhere, and get them installed on your Vespa :)

Very knowledgeable

Initially I had some issues with parts but everything was fixed up perfectly with replacement parts provided. Give them time and they will do everything they can to give you a good service, just be patient and everything will be perfect.

NOAH THE CHAMPION!!

Recently I bought two items from Noah, to be shipped all the way to Kleinmond, some 100 km south of Cape Town. The shipment got lost in The Netherlands and Noah kindly sent the order again by courier. Brilliant baie dankie Noah! However DHL opened the parcel and one item had vanished when the parcel reached me. Again, Noah sent another item by normal mail. No thanks to RAM couriers in South Africa, the package was never delivered. I had to pay like R16 delivery, but was never able to get past RAM's confusing online payment scheme. I phone them at the number supplied in a sms message, and I got to a fax line - can you believe it! Anyway I live without that part, yet I am forever grateful for Noah's extra many miles.

Disappointing customer care and approach

Disappointing customer care and approach. My order was over two weeks late and I received it instead of within 1-3 working days after 15 days, since DHL being a courier service/subcontractor of the sender, lost it. In the meantime it took me a couple of days to get a reaction and response from Falan parts staff. Honestly, I expected that they would have a different approach and attitude towards the customer, and that they would resolve the situation in a different way so that the customer would not suffer due to default of their subcontractor (for example, that they would have taken this as a business risk and resend a new shipment at their own expense). Instead, they just refunded me the shipping costs and the package arrived only after 15 days.

Trustworthy

Came across Falan Parts on the web.

Was a little skeptical, however saw some good reviews.
Took the plunge and ordered items.
Email FP with regards to the order and didnt take long for Noah to follow up accordingly, provided tracking number etc.
Noah/FP is responsive!
I think he may have also secretly upgraded my delivery since it came fast!

Item came well packed, items came as described.

Dont ever hesitate to order from Falan Parts.
I am from Singapore and i will definitely order items again without any doubt! 🙌🏼

Very helpful with troubleshooting

Very helpful with troubleshooting. I was having issues with my LED turn signals working properly after installation. Falan parts was very quick to respond and they helped by walking through the process of how they install these lights so that we can see if i made any mistakes. I ended up getting the lights working after some adjustments, but i would not have been able to do it as quickly without the advice from these guys, as I would have second guessed all my work and likely started from scratch. Thank you! :)
