Rang today with an enquiry about holiday pay. Spoke to Abigail who was extremely kind and helpful and explained how I can receive my holiday pay clearly.

Warm, polite and well explained
Abigail was polite and explained all the necessary and relevant details to me so that I could make an informed choice. She was patient but also bubbly and has a very warm personality!
