Best quality, worth for money

I found Eye Corner on Deniz Goksen's Instagram account; I started following your account as I wear lenses too. I love your lense shades from blue to green, brown to hazel, it's awesome. I have recommended you to my sister, she loved your shades but she unfortunately couldn't find what she was looking for. However, in a word it's excellent, cheap, worthful, awesome. Selma Yagiz

Absolutely amazing!

Absolutely amazing! Actually no words can describe my joy! :))) first, the eye corner website provides all the required information about the lenses and the delivery process. I was left with no questions which is a rear occasion. Second, the payment process is extremely user-friendly, super fast and not at last reliable. Just to mention here, that the price of the lenses is lower than that in the solotica website. Additionally, all the different lenses models were available (again comparing it with solotica website where most of the lenses were out of stock). Third, I got my lenses as fast as possible. I chose standard delivery (3-5 days) and got my lenses on the 3rd day! Love it!!! Definitely buying one more pair!

If it's a fault with the lenses we have to contact Solotica directly. Everyone has different sensitivity to contact lenses and sometimes changing the contact lens solution helps.

FEELING AND LOOKIG BEAUTIFUL!

The best pairs of colored eye contacts I've seen/used! My sister was generous enough to give me my own pair to use and I can happily say they make me look and feel beautiful and don't leave me red eyed and dry after twenty minutes of use! The shipping was fast and any questions or concerns we had were answered with great timing! I LOVE the eye corner, thank you so much for everything you've done!

Awful customer service....

Thoroughly disappointed with their customer service. I have honestly never had a more difficult experience dealing with a CS Team following a purchase. I received the lenses the following day after ordering and I simply can't fault their speed of delivery. Upon opening the vials and trying them both on, they were very clearly two different colours. When looking straight at the wearer, the colours are completely off. One is a light blue and the other is more of a grey / deep blue. I emailed them there and then and explained this issue and also advised them that both the vials were not from the same lot number. They're defective and not wearable.

I had a response requesting that I send them an image of the lenses in my eyes (I.e. A picture of my eyes) and pictures of the vials with the lot numbers. At this point, I was away for work in Asia (I live in the U.K.) and had very limited access to emails and did not have the lenses or the vials with me.

When I returned I provided the images requested and received a reply explaining:

"The 14 day exchange period due to a fault or damage has passed.

It is clearly stated in our terms and conditions that the vials should not be opened if there is anything wrong with the packaging, or in your case, when you noticed the vials were from different lots. It is also stated in our terms and conditions that under no circumstance will the lenses be exchanged once the vials have been opened."

There was nothing wrong with the packaging, not that I could tell. Different lot numbers is not an issue as far as I know, and there is no warning not to open vials from two different lot numbers. Additionally, how could I possibly know that the lenses were defective unless I'd opened them to try them on?

The 14 day returns / exchange policy does not apply to defective product received from a retailer but no matter how often I've tried to explain this, it seems to be disregarded.

They further stated:

"Furthermore, we cannot confirm the vials in the photos were purchased from us, since we have never had two vials from different lots, and one looks significantly different than the other, with over imposed text over the print that says 'Hidrocor'.
In the photo you sent, we cannot see a visible difference between the colours, not even a slight difference. There is only a side of your face that has more light than the other."

I can only assume I'm being called a liar? How else can I prove that these vials were in fact purchased from them and were contained in the same package? Yes, one of the vials is printed incorrectly but that's neither here nor there - shouldn't TEC be taking this up with the manufacturer rather than blaming me for the problem?

The shot of my eyes was a head on picture in the same direct light. There is not more light on one side of my face than the other and the lenses are clearly different. One is a light blue and the other is a grey.

I have offered to return the vials and lenses to them and I have also asked for the defective lens to be exchanged - I'm certain my request isn't unreasonable and given their other reviews, I would've thought they'd have been a bit more helpful than this.

I'm now £50.00 down and left with the option of a dispute or a chargeback. I'll still send the lenses back though with all of the packaging and paperwork, just so they can satisfy themselves that the lenses are defective and that I have better things to do with my time than to quibble over £50.00 lenses since Feb of this year!

You guys, such great speedy delivery, shocking customer service. It really lets you down.

Terms and conditions apply to every customer that makes a purchase on our website, they are created to be as fair as possible when a difficulty arises and establish guidelines on how to solve queries, with no exceptions.
You contacted us months ago, we responded immediately, but we failed to hear back from you for months thereafter. Unfortunately, the 14 day exchange period had passed by the time you got back to us.
Unfortunately, we cannot post the pictures you sent us, which would clearly support our statements and observations of the photos we received.
We hope you reconsider your above statements and hope to see you again at our online store.
