These people are jokers! So I paid for fast delivery (priority). It stated that if I paid that much (which was a lot by the way), I will receive my order on a specific date. Which I never did! Its been ten days later. When I followed up, telling them if I can cancel, they tell me it has already been dispatched hence can't be cancelled. So I have to wait, until I receive it, only God knows when!🤷🏾‍♀️, for me to send them back. And if I send it back they will only refund what I paid for the product only (not shipping charges which is £11 by the way). 2 days later after following up again am told "we've requested the order to be returned back once they receive it, only product price will be refunded back"
This is unbelieveble! I'm so pissed off, how would you do that to someone without checking with them first? Knowing that they have paid lots for shipping. I will never buy again from this company. Scammers!

These coloured contact lenses are good quality, comfortable, I just wished they had more light blue options in 14.5 diameter

What made my experience great is the young lady who helped me out with the issue I was having. She answered all me emails swiftly. And she explained why things were happening. She went above and beyond to help me with this matter

Dhessa informed me that she would send me out a new order and have it expedited because of the long wait from my first order.

She was very pleasant and helpful through this whole process.

That's the way a business should take care of their customers/consumers.

Customer service went above and beyond by giving me specifics on how they were going to locate my orders. They found the tracking numbers I requested and stuck with me throughout the remainder of the shipping process to make sure I received my order.

I can’t believe how fast the contact lenses arrived, from Dubai to San Leandro CA. (5 days for me) Just to let you know, first time buyers these lenses do not scratch my eyes nor do they burn. They are very comfortable to wear.

I had an issue with my shipping company that Dhessa really helped me fix good customer service .

I purchased a pair of contacts and they infected my eyes. I reached out to this Company about this situation and I wanted a refund. They refuse to give me just that. I ordered 2 pair. This Company isn't even worth purchasing no contacts from. I want my REFUND.

I love the color. Vibrant even on my dark eyes. I am about to place my second order. Shipping was great and the extras they had in my package.

They have exactly what I need and it comes in a timely manner. My only complaint is it seems they have stopped sending the little extra gifts that used to come with every purchase. The contacts are great though.

I love LENS.ME I used to live in Canada and I used to order from them my very first contact lenses omg I remember they used to send Oreos with the order. I have great memories with lens me and now I’m in the uae and I still order from them

I wish I could give zero stars. Great company 4 years ago with fast shipping. I got my color non-prescription lens in 4 days in the past. I made a purchase on Feb 3, paid for shipping that should take a maximum of 10 days. It had been 17 days and 6 days with no information whatsoever on where my package is or when it will arrive. I bought the contacts for an event and ended up not having them in the day I needed to use them. Wasted my time and money.

Update: still didn’t receive my purchase. Made my order Feb 3, today is March 12.

I personally i made a mistake ordering in different address and the customer service name vinya fix my problem through email and update my address correctly send me my tracking number and i received it 2/3 days max

I was so skeptical when I bought this contacts because I bought several from overseas and they just tear my eyes up soon as I put them in I can soak them for days and they still tear my eyes up but I put them in but these were absolutely amazing I took them straight out of the package I wore them they felt comfortable they were great I did notice after about 2 hours they started bothering my eyes but then I realized that I have extremely dry eyes so I started carrying a bottle of lubricant around with me eye lubricant and every time they started to get dry or bother me I would just put some drops I'll in there and I ended up wearing them for hours at a time and they were very great they were very colorful I wish they had some that were a little cheaper that were the same brand because I would wear them out on it but they were really great contacts and I'm so excited I bought them I cannot wait to buy more thank you so much lend me
