Worst Service and Customer Service i have ever dealt with in my life!!! this company should be taken down from the internet altogether,there is literally no way to contact them all i wanted was an update on my order and where is it upto, called atleast 15 times no answer!! the whatsapp messages just say check your email, once you check your email its an automated response saying the exact same thing over and over i have never ever dealt with such a company before they are soo rude over whatsapp messagss started typing in block capital letters, which customer service agent does that??? i had enough will be getting my money back from paypal this company legit just steals your money, lol these people cant answer a simple question got defensive. i placed my order they said it would take upto 15-20 working days then once i placed the order i find out not including weekends!! no real response no answer of phone calls thank god i paid by paypal!

I ordered a pair of coloured contact lenses. The lenses were so different from how they were described/appeared on their website that I asked to return them. They refused and hid behind the huge long list of disclaimers/terms and conditions. When I called, they literally laughed when I asked for a fairer response before being rude and refusing to discuss the matter. They threatened to take legal action if I left a negative review.

I have bought many, many coloured contact lenses over the years but I've never dealt with a company that provides such little accurate, reliable information on its website and then refers to the contractual small print to defend their misrepresentation.

The Eye Corner's staff lacked any empathy or fairness and have a lot to learn about looking after customers.

This is one company that does not deserve my business.

When reviewed elsewhere, The Eye Corner’s response was to attack and claim that the review was false. 5 emails from 'The TEC Team' can prove that this review is genuine but its reply reflects The Eye Corner's attitude to dealing with customers in claiming that a genuine review is false rather than acknowledging that customers are allowed to be unhappy with their service and entitled to provide a factual review.

Potential customers should be aware how aggressive and unpleasant their staff can be to deal with and rather than find an amicable, fair solution to help customers, The Eye Corner resorts to denial and threats of legal action.

I wish that I had read reviews of those customers with the same terrible experience before ordering with this company.

Further to The Eye Corner's reply below, it shows that in denying any of its actions, it is simply reinforcing its arrogant and unpleasant approach to customer service.

A badly managed company with no interest in customer care will show its true self not when things go well with customers but instead in the manner in which the staff deal with unhappy customers.

Hiding behind "we have no record" or "terms and conditions are to protect our clients" is further evidence of how disinterested The Eye Corner is in working to help customers and resolve issues.

My experience has been carefully, accurately and honestly described and is created to help other potential customers make informed decisions about which companies deserve their business.

It is an embarrassment to any company that receives bad reviews default to claiming that a review is false rather than recognising and apologising for their failings.

I order my prescription contact lenses 4/7 21 no contact Lenses, I send a email no responded it is over 30 days today is 5/10/ 21 still no contact no money .

I always had amazing experience with their lenses ,whether I go for monthly or yearly , they got most beautiful ,natural and fascinating lenses, they look so natural that people may assume it as my natural eye colour. I recently got graphite yearly lenses and they look amazingly natural with the blend of blue and grey.Most importantly their lenses never irritate eyes and are so comfortable to wear.

Excellent website. I always order my solotica lenses from here . They arrive quickly, beautifully wrapped and always look beautiful. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for my lenses.

I have been using lenses from The Eye Corner for over 3 years, I have never had a problem with them. The lenses come super fast and is in nice packaging. Tempted to try other colours as I have been using my all time go to “Green Mel” coloured lenses. Will definitely continue buying my lenses from this place!

My experience with the Eye Corner was great. They assisted me with any questions I had online, and once I placed my order the Solitica lenses arrived on time without any issues. The product quality of the Solotica Contact Lenses were fantastic and I received multiple compliments when wearing them.
I've purchased other items from the eye corner and I have always been very happy with their service and speedy delivery. I always recommend them to my friends and family.

I have ordered twice. My 1st lenses were fine. The 2nd lenses one lens was not my prescription and irritated my eye. Rang them and emailed and they said replacement will be sent out. Yet to receive them. But overall I’m happy with the lenses.

Amazing unbeatable prices, I’ve shopped for solitica lenses plenty on times however I never got them for this price - the eye corner has gained a loyal customer as I’ll be purchasing from them again :)

Throughout my life I have used different brands of contact lenses, the only one that really looks like a super natural eye has been Solotica, since it uses the most perfect colors that I have seen, naturalcolors and Rio are my favorites, they are very comfortable and creates a seductive and beautiful look for you; I highly recommend them, they make me very happy ...

Hey, just wanted to share my experience ,I think they are the most comfortable contact lenses by now ever tried...so I am definitely not going to change that.
