From initial inquiry, through to rapid delivery. As the title eludes a "gold standard service".

This company is quite possibly one of the best wholesalers I've ever dealt with. They really are professional in every sense of the word.

I had consistently great experiences with them and they've always delivered promptly and exactly what I ordered. Their times delivery with DPD means that I've never missed a delivery from them and always had the parts I need to finish a job.

Would definitely use again

The relay bases I ordered were a great price and excellent product but the dork who delivered them threw the box over a six foot fence onto my shed roof 6 foot away. This broke the relay locking lever in two. Interlink Express were the delivery team! If I were Expert Electrical I would consider changing to another delivery service.!! Or packing everything with a metre thick polystyrene around it.

Looked around for some items and found their prices to be competitive, they even took the trouble to contact me because the work address I had given was a bit vague. Goods arrived promptly and in good condition.

They had what I needed and delivered it on time - what's more to say?

2 orders so far, for the first one I found exactly what I needed, placed the web order and was surprised that it was delivered the next day.
TRhe second was not so straightforward - could not find it on the website and almost gave up. However an email reply confirmed they had want I wanted but it had to be purchased by placing the order over the phone after a quotation had been provided by email. Overall much slower as the sales person and I had to both be available to set the purchase in motion.
Once done the order was at my door 2 days later. Not bad for a heavy delivery. Had it been on their website it would have saved a lot of time.

Very fast delivery of terminals required, easy ordering and good quality at reasonable prices - will revisit when need arises.

Staff took time to check a combination of products would actually work. I was delighted with the level of technical help.

Great equipment at good prices but would use more but on the few occasions that I have ordered from them "Items out of stock" is the message sent back. This makes me only consider using them when I have a long lead time on a job
