As an American who lives in Australia long term, the US global tax system means that tax time is always somewhat complex. Expat Tax Online manages that complexity with ease and precision.

Communication and responsiveness from the friendly and professional team was great as usual.

I’ve dealt with them for a number of years including filing late, multiple returns, and increased complexity in my tax situation. The online portal makes things relatively straightforward to manage.

Highly professional, responsible to queries.

Service is good, though, I do feel like the service level and attention has decreased after a couple of tax returns.
I am not sure why I pay the same amount for tax return and FBAR even though less work is required.

Ulebert took care of my tax return. It was quite a complicated process for me because I had to get hold of old bank accounts. Steep learning curve. Ulebert was polite and patient throughout. It took longer than I thought, but in the end Ulebert pulled it all together quickly and I am delighted that I am now up to date with my tax returns.
