This is the third year that I have used this service to file my taxes. Being a senior and limited computer knowledge, I thought it would be impossible. This service provides an customer representative that provide help if needed. My thanks to Anna Dale, for the help each time I emailed her.

This is my fourth year filing my taxes with Expat Tax online and everyone I have dealt with has been super helpful . This year I had a few issues with the new portal they were using and I got prompt and friendly help from Pauline.

I've used Expat Tax Online for a good 6 years now, and they have done a continous good job.

Quick, easy and knowledgeable. Constant contact and communication is what I like the most.

Despite the onerous paperwork involved, including many FBAR forms, Andrea and the team made the process really easy to get through and helped every step of the way. The cost of preparing the return was much less than that of a competitor I had used in the past, and my refund was deposited into my account just over two weeks after the return was filed. I will definitely be using this company again next year.

I tried to use Turbo Tax, but since I no longer have a US address, I couldn't pay them.
Turbo Tax said my federal refund was $197, and I owed my state $744.
With Expat Tax Online, my federal refund was $995, and I owe $626 to my state. I saved $798 on my federal and $118 on my state!
They were thorough, timely, and reasonably priced.
I am very pleased!

I have been relying on Expat's tax services for the past several years and have never been disappointed. Communication is excellent at every step of the way, and my tax return is always prepared in a timely manner. This year, I was especially impressed with the new platform, which allows you to ask questions (and receive answers) immediately through chat while completing the questionnaire.
