As a complete US tax novice and a number of years of returns and F-Bars to deal with, expat tax online made the process as smooth and as simple for us as it could have been.
5 years of returns filed without issue, very quick specific individual help available (Jennie Camarillo) to hand hold through the process. here's what to expect, here's what's happening now, this is what will happen next.... very clear blow by blow instructions on what we needed to do and in what format / where. very responsive whenever we had queries (and we had many!)
