A stellar tax team, where every step is made seamless. Service is personalized--several team members are in touch, and I could email any one of them along the way for insight or help with the questionaire. Everything is taken care of, and it really feels like pros are working on your taxes with a high level of detail and care. I've used them both inside the US and abroad, and am so happy with the service.

Super friendly and professional team! In particular, my point-of-contact Jennie Camarillo was extremely helpful and responsive in communication with me constantly. As a complete US tax novice and a number of years of returns and F-Bars to deal with, expat tax online made the process as smooth and as simple for us as it could have been.
5 years of returns filed without issue, very quick specific individual help available (Jennie Camarillo) to hand hold through the process. here's what to expect, here's what's happening now, this is what will happen next.... very clear blow by blow instructions on what we needed to do and in what format / where. very responsive whenever we had queries (and we had many!)
