Initially Good but beware
I needed a revised exec CV, and paid for the exec package which included both a CV and a cover letter.
I have to say that the CV was turned round very quickly and I was very pleased with the result.
The cover letter and second part of the package was a very different story.
To date, and with several emails, promises, phone calls and excuses I still don't have that which I have paid for in advance.
