I very rarely write reviews, but when a company delivers a good service it deserves recognition. I must admit I had my doubts, was it worth risking the money !
The answer was yes, I took a chance and 3 days later my 7 page CV had turned into a 3 page CV. Something I had been unable to achieve, I believe I am good at my job but not CV writing, that is where Craig and his team come to the rescue.
I am genuinely amazed that they managed to condense the old CV and deliver a precise, sucinct and punchy CV , it has been well recieved in the market and has opened more doors than my old CV.

I have been a client of Craig and his CV writing skills since 2011. I receive nothing but positive feedback for my CV and it has enabled me to land a number of interviews that I doubt I would have if I'd attempted to produce my CV myself. Executive Jungle provided me with an excellent service - fast, friendly and most importantly, with a reworked CV that was both more punchy and shorter than what I previously had. It was pleasing to be able to speak to someone about what I was looking for, to have follow-up email conversations and then to receive a reworked version that was materially and usefully different from the starting point.

I've not used a CV service before - though had a CV that I'd been very successfully using for 20 years - but would definitely consider doing so again (and with Executive Jungle) in the next few years.

Executive Jungle were recommended to me by a recruiter who I telephoned to introduce myself having applied via an online job search for three interim roles that his agency were looking to fulfil. He asked me who had prepared my CV - that would be myself! I have been told by many professionals that I have a good CV and I didn't think that it needed a professional make over. That said, I have been totally unsuccessful with online applications over the past few years. I understand that word recognition software is used in initial screening. In fact, I have been turned down for roles that I am 100% qualified to do, have vast experience of delivering in my 'big 4' career and could probably do in my sleep. This was very frustrating, so clearly something wasn't right with my CV after all.

Initially I thought that the £400 fee was a bit steep but considered that if a new CV helped me to secure a new assignment at my target rate, then this would repay the outlay before lunchtime on my first day.

The process was easy, I submitted my chronological and competency CVs online, paid the fee and had a much more 'on trend', compelling, punchier and shorter CV back to me within the promised three to four days. Admittedly I then made changes to this to make the CV my own but did not change its integrity. I sent my revisions back to Executive Jungle for them to review and they came back promptly with an even better version which I am extremely happy with.

The terminology in the new CV really 'bigs up' the work that I have done. At my first glance I didn't recognise my business skills and capabilities, but on consideration realised that they were spot on. Given that throughout this short process I hadn't had any face to face or voice contact with Executive Jungle I was impressed by how well they understood my skillset!

I could not have created this myself but now feel that for the next couple of years I have a great format and content to build upon.

Today I have applied for a number of roles online with the new CV and am still waiting to see if it will do its magic but am confident of a good response.

After over 30 years in the industry I was not at all surprised when I was told that my CV was unusable, it contained too much detail and needed to be more targeted. My scepticism was very quickly resolved when I read the finished product. it is difficult to give up your most precious 'child' your CV to another to be reworked, however the finished article was a vast improvement on my previous version.
