Impressively quick shipping considering the size of the parcel and the delivery person was very helpful getting it into the house and showed me pictures of how the package was secured during shipping

I received an email confirmation well in advance, was texted the day of delivery and called to notify before arrival. I was greeted by Florin who was polite and courteous. His colleague busily loaded the van and wrapped the furniture, Florin helped me enter and confirm the collection code. Outstanding service gentleman - great job.

They kept in touch and explained the service clearly. They turned up when they said they would, phoned me 30 minutes before hand, were friendly and helpful and delivered the package in excellent condition

Over all was a good service but it was a very late time slot. If the time slot wasn't so late I'd of given 5 stars also this is before it's been delivered so hopefully it remains positive!

Chose this co was mod range price. Good contact throughout. Was to collect an item 3 hours from us, we thought the price was competitive rather than face a 6 hour round trip. Had text messages with times and again on the day how long before they would arrive. Driver very nice and polite and the seller also told me the same at her end.

We found these guys through Shiply, first time we had tried getting a furniture item delivered from Ebay so unsure how it worked. Their communication was very clear from the outset, the price was fair, they did exactly what they said they would do and kept us informed all the way.
