Stay away from E-Wheels
As previously described, it all ends up in a lot of writing, but no result is forthcoming. Your comments on my review do not match reality at all, but are only written to embellish my assessment.
The complaint for which I have an order confirmation says they have only been delivered and in their latest comment that it is not in stock.
Sad that they can't even keep track of their own false postulates.

Som tidligere beskrevet ender det hele ud i en masse skriverier, men resultat udebliver. Deres kommentarer på min anmeldelse passer slet ikke med virkeligheden, men er kun skrevet for at pynte på min bedømmelse.
Den reklamation som jeg har en ordrebekræftelse på skriver de først er leveret og i deres seneste kommentar, at det ikke er på lager.
Sørgeligt at de ikke engang kan holde styr på deres egne usande postulater.

Resolved issue.
Issue handled and resolved in reasonable time.

Fast reply's with clear descriptions on what I need to do. Issues have then been followed up and resolved which creates trust and willingness to select the same vendor again :-)

I never give 5 stars but this is a close one!

By far the best customer service i have recived in my 39 years on the planet.

Straight shooters, listens to the customer, checking the master AND solving the problem with out any trouble or millions of questions, emails etc.

I had a minor problem with the e-bike I bought. I asked for help and the response from e-wheels support was fast and I was really satisfied with the help I received.

Quick response. I got a new spare part which were sent directly to me. Everything works great.

After some bickering, e-wheels shaped up and handled my service request under guarantee in a speedy and satisfactory fashion!

I am satisfied with my order. It took a day to arrive. very impressive all i can say is i am satisfied and very much appreciated that. My order was a scooter E2S V2 Long Range+ 💯⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Customer support was good, solved the problem, but took a while before they answered.
The origial problem was that the payment link I reciecved after service did not work. And there was no way to reach eWheels in Järfälla.

This team deserves a shout out for their professionalism and exceptional after-sales service for my e-scooter. Would definitely recommend E-Wheels and consider them for my next purchase. Keep it up!!

I have had to buy the same parts to my scooter repeatedly and I'm getting extremely tired of spending money on an accelerator and a back mudflap. Not to mention the back mudflap is constantly out of stock here.

for some strange reason E2S V2 suddenly stops working at exactly 2000km and an error code on the battery is displayed. when looking in the app the battery has 0 capacity left even if it is fully charged. Starts only with charger on. Surprice! Surprice! Bought a new V2 LR. Let’s see if it’s happening again. I problebly be back for a new review 2026

Ordered a bicycle online and wanted to return it. Web-shop terms stated that I had to arrange the return myself and I couldn’t figure out how to privately ship a bicycle cross-country. Contacted customer support for help and was swiftly offered help with a return label (at a very reasonable shipping rate). Customer service rep superstar Caroline even contacted the local store and set it up so that I could return the bike there if I wished. I did not expect such service when I was essentially cancelling my order. Ended up deciding to keep the bicycle. 10/10

I Received answers to all of my questions in a few days after i first sent them an email.
Unfortunately they didn't had a product i was looking for.

Helpful support. Fast easy shipping. Good accurate product description.
