At home I noticed it only hit 20 km/h and so I placed a ticket to the E-wheels support same evening, it was responded on very next morning with a proper and swift solution.
Selling is easy, following up with quick and correct support on demand is something else

I had a problem with my battery. Then I wrote to them about the issue and they asked me if i wanted to do it myself. I said yes and they sent me a new battery for free. Installed it and it worked. So im grateful for their help.
I give them five stars, because though my E-Wheels E2S V2 MAX was bought over 2 years ago and The guarantee is void, they still managed to take The time to investigate the issue and provide a whole new battery that cost $350. For free and explained that IF that part Don't solve the issue we'll send you another part, for free.. not a greedy company. That alone give them a big 5☆☆☆☆☆ and my respect!
Customer service is quick to respond and sent replacement parts and instruction video to me so I could fix the bike.
I have only good things to say about E-Wheels.
Fast and great service helped me get the odd part i needed and didnt charge me.
Thanks to Madelene and Thea for helping me with my problem and sending me new parts so I could exchange and get my scooter working again!
Our electric scooter broke down but we got very good help and in the end we got a new scooter. fast and very helpful Thea! I can recommend E-Wheels.
Bought a good electric bike. Everything west smooth. I was dissatisfied with one part of the bike, but E-Wheels fixed that.

They were very helpful and responded fast. After 2.5 years they have change the battery without any charge due to a failure.
I entered the shop and the sales rep, a young bearded gentleman met me with a level service simular so the dinner ladies serving slop to Oliver Twist. He was non attentive, unforthcoming, ignorant about his job, and unhelpful and disinterested.
After this I met with a lovely technician called Pontus, who was excellent, knowledgeable, helpful accommodating, and made my day. Thanks Pontus !!! I hope that you get some support
soon. You could with some support, that does not want to take unscheduled breaks annd actually provides service.

Awesome service. Had a fault with my scooter and from sending it back to receiving it fully repaired, took just 3 working days! Definitely a company I will use again
